As part of a $40 million expansion that started in 1999, PKI added a whole new area to the park known as the Action Zone.

This Vekoma built, inverted coaster features face to face seating, promising everyone the amusement of watching someone else in the midst of terror.

Invertigo sends you soaring through 3 inversions and places upon its riders five times the force of gravity. If that's not enough, you'll do it all over again - backwards.

Central Tip: For an extra thrill, ride in either the front or back seats to get an unobstructed view of the action while going both directions.

omg it is sooo stupid. cedar fair is so known for repeating names for rides and color schemes. the most repetitive company ever! (next to six flags) seriously, they should have just left all the names the same instead of wasting their time. forever face off! (the actual creative name)

Patrick, They CANT keep the names, they have limited naming rights. Unless they wanted to spend Thousands of dollars every 5 years to renew it. Just Renaming is cheaper.

I agree with Jackson, if you think about it, it will give us better rides in the long run, because they wont have to spend as much money.

I don't advise ANYONE who has headaches a lot to ride this! It is, by far, the most intense ride at Kings Island, and I've blacked-out almost every time I've ridden it. Not fun AT ALL, but scary. The only good part is the rise to the top in the beginning.

I love this ride, especially the very front/very back seat.
If you are blacking out on roller coasters, you need to stop riding them and see a doctor. That is not normal.

i agree they shouldnt have changed the rides name to invertigo. I mean come on! And if people are blacking out the need to go see a doctor. i hate when they changed the rides name for no reason and julia its a good ride i recomend the middle though.

lol i <3 this ride, but one day the thing that holds you on top of the hill didnt open and let the train down the hill so i was watching the people being stuck and laughing but feeling bad (i would freak out if that happened to me) and then i really felt bad cuz it started raining!

I rode this ride for the first time and sat in the main front. it was a fun ride going forward, but going backwards to the gate was so much more intense than at first. I couldn't hold my head up, and it really hurt my neck. I doubt I'll ever ride this again.

this one needs a paint job too. it's one of the first coasters you see approaching the park and it needs to look new. it looks pink. because when i rode it a year after it came out it was definitely red.

Very fun ride! It isn't really that scary, and its fast and thrilling, and smooth. It has its potential of giving you a headache, but it's worth it, it's a good ride.

ok, so if u ride front first to prepare for backwards then you sort of hang down, and thats sorta freaky for people scared of heights. on the other hand u can ride backwards first, and be comfty on ur way up. u decide. also i know y this is called invertigo. I got it after the ride.lol.

well what i think of the ride is that it doesnt matter where you sit you r going to have a good ride on this ride but i would say if you are scared of hights sit backwards first so you arnt facing the ground i love to dangle im not afraid of heights so i have no prblem with the ride

The front seats of the first car are the best I have to say, and I can still remember the lines opening day OMG!
