  2. I would put that away for gas, college, and some personal things. Life comes faster than you think my friend.

  3. They are not duplicating the wave pool. Its going to be a different kind of wave pool then the one we have now. And by looking at the concept drawlings, it looks like little if any of the parking lot will be where the wave pool is. Going by where the entrance is the wave pool would be in the grassy area, with maybe a slight corner off of the lot. And as for the cones you mentioned, ever thought these might be for the redesigned entrance.. that definitely goes out into the parking lot in the form of a walk way?

  5. 185139, you need to calm down. You've been spamming all these Halloween Haunt topics.. we know you are "excited", but it happens every year.. it's not like a once in a lifetime thing. This topic should be closed.. I don't know why he keeps opening new topics on the same thing.

  6. Good for Great America and Six Flags. It's good to see the park take action against guests who don't follow rules.

  7. I've waited a while to chime in, but here goes... New name aside, the changes they're making are all quite necessary and will drastically improve guest flow. While a new slide tower would be nice, the packed-to-the-gills Summer Saturday afternoon show a need for added capacity that you don't get with a slide or two. I'm anxious to see how the action river turns out, as the one at Aquatica (which also features 2 different wave pools) was incredibly fun, and the one here at Zoombezi Bay is also quite nice. As far as the name, I'm indifferent. I was never in love with the Aussie "theme", which left huge parcels of unshaded, unlandscaped concrete a la CP's much maligned Soak City. I would gladly exchange a somewhat unique name for added capacity, improved flow, updated attractions, and a freshening of the park.

  8. I'd go as far as saying that $69.99 is almost too cheap...
