It has a dual purpose. The Kings Island News forum is what updates the home page of the site. So, that thread was to update the homepage and I thought it would serve a good place to put all the teasers in one location to reference easily like Six mentioned here.

Okay I am not gonna lie this tape thing is crazy. I know mistakes are made on this level and that is understandable, but I do not believe that they have some bimbo printing a typo on every one of these posters.

kind of wish they’d sell copies of these posters after they announce the ride.

I think we will continue to see teasers over the weekend. When the the anagram is completed they will start removing the taped sections to reveal additional details. My guess anyways. Also here is a shot from CSF yesterday of a large piece being moved out into the “yard”. There is a TON of blue track now and a TON of pieces rusting waiting for their paint. We’re in full swing on all fronts boys and girls!

So I forgot about how Orion is the new spacecraft from NASA. I was just thinking about the constellation. I think I like that name better than Polaris now, if those are really the possibilities. I really hope this thing is well themed. How cool would that be?

I've been saying this for a while. Got told I was a moron basically that these are nothing more than mistakes. I have serious reservations that every single poster was in need of correction. My thought is this. The first two posters were intentionally obvious that they were changed. IMO one of 3 things is going on. 1. They built these "mistakes" into the teasers for a legit reason and they aren't mistakes at all. 2. They found a typo or 2 on them when and thought that this could be something they could use to screw with people as quickly as people were noticing the mistakes. 3. The put intentional typos and subsequent corrections on these just to mess with everyone and there is zero meaning. Guess we'll see.

What is the Shooting Star bar graph showing? Could this be something hinting at the hills of Project X? Also, I know we’ve talked about the Tests Administered, but what if Project X has everything mentioned in all nine posters? (Has anyone listed them all?) Does that mean we will get a Giga with a loop?

I'll couple of things real quick... So this leaves number 10 (X) in the sequence right? If so I'm guessing that will be a Project X Poster with an announcement date. Second is there a place that has all the posters in one spot instead of flipping through numerous pages?

I've been saying the same thing but instead I'd like a repaved parking lot that doesnt look and feel like it got hit by a meteor shower...lol

The top row may say "An Exciting World That Will Take Over Kings Island" and a lot of us agree the bottom is The End of the World as We Know It

Here's some more food for thought. What if it's not a space theme at all? I'm starting to have doubts. Simply put, there are literally tens of dozens of existing and defunct rides that they could have chosen for the posters but they chose Shooting Star - a ride that's only very loosely tied to Kings Island. It's almost like they're softball tossing a space theme to you in the hopes that you swing at the wrong pitch.

Does anyone have a photo of the whole fence from today?

Maybe they changed their minds on how they wanted to present the number/letter combo edit: the stickers are really strong adhesive or at least it looked that way from where someone appears to have tried to pick one off. I am nearly certain they will not be removed in a grand reveal.

So wonder if there is a possibility that all taped spots will be removed a little later to reveal something useful or if it I indeed just covering mistakes? I really cant see that many mistakes being made....

I desperately need to own that Shooting Star print in some form. Still think that’d be a killer name.

Please let there be new posters up today. I'm wondering what this rollercoasters "record" will be. My hope is first looping GIGA, then I wouldn't even be hurt if the rides not taller than Fury. I say hurt lightly as well I just want whats best for Kings Island and having the tallest Giga in the world is what Kings Island deserves. I kind of feel that this coaster is going to be tied into Millennium Force’s theming in a way. I don’t know how exactly, but I feel like it might happen. This is just my opinion, so I could totally be wrong. Also. it is kind of interesting how teasers showed up at Kings Island on July 22nd, which is the same day that Millennium Force was announced.

Does anyone else find it funny or coincidental that Kings Island gets major coaster installs 20yrs after Cedar Point? Magnum 1989(hyper) Diamondback 2009(hyper), Raptor 1994 (full circuit invert) Banshee 2014 (full circuit invert), Millennium Force 2000 (Giga) and our Potential Giga 2020

Ok, I know this name sounds dumb, but I'm just throwing it out there. I've heard that the year 2020 is a vision. And vision kinda goes with the science type theme we are seeing with the teasers. Millennium Force was themed to the millennium which was the year it came out. I know it probably won't happen, but just throwing it out there. Here's a logo I came up with for Vision Force!

Not true. Every print must be stamped by the engineer that made or reviewed the drawing. The only exceptions are for preliminary or draft drawings. All final drawings, or prints issued for construction must have the responsible engineers seal, signature and date.

I do think an end of the world/ dooms day theme is possible. Someone mentioned the name Armageddon. I like that a lot. Or a name like Calamity.

Because we’re not allowed to talk about the teasers in the teaser thread until they’re done teasing. Until then we have to discuss it in the decoding thread for the ride that’s already been decoded. Or in the alternate construction thread that covers the same information.

So maybe an announcement date tomorrow?

Millennium Falcon, I vote for Millennium Falcon and it be a Winged Giga. I know that won’t happen but that would be awesome!
