I enjoy the Batman inverts. I would also give some love to The Bat (Top Gun version) and Vortex at Wonderland. They do a great job of providing a different experience with The Bat being more secluded and Vortex making good use of the mountain.

I enjoy Junkyard Coaster: The Ride! But I don't enjoy the way it looks. Retheme it to deParamount it. Remove the helicopter and change the gas containers to TNT and you are now escaping from a mine blast. Get rid of the helix garage and make the upwards helix an escape from an oncoming tornado. Get rid of the billboards and add danger signs. And for goodness sake, plant trees around the exterior to make it blend in instead of stick out. You could even plant ivy to grow in all over the rip rap and that would tie into Mystic Timbers.

Alabama Splash Adventure is owned by Dan Koch and Pat Koch. Dan is the brother of the late Will Koch, and Pat is their mom. There was a dispute over how much shares were worth of Holiday World several years back (in 2013, see the article link below) (from what I gathered, it got fairly nasty, and the courts were involved) between Dan and Lori Koch, Will`s wife. The end result was that Dan and Pat left Holiday World. I don`t know if they still maintain any ownership in Holiday World, or if it is now owned by Lori and their three kids (Lauren, Leah and Will). Yes! I absolutely love that the park is putting so much time and dedication into maintaining and preserving The Racer. I think with track work for this 2020-2021 off season, I bet we get a fresh coat of paint during the 2021-2022 off season!

I love the B&M Batman Clones they are so forceful

I think an RMC ground up would be the best fit for the next coaster not just because it would be a perfect fit to the park, but because it doesn't cost as much as a B&M or Mack. However, I highly doubt we'll see a theme pay homage to Son of Beast or see the Son of Beast name reused again. I honestly expect these next few coaster additions in the CF chain to be fairly cheap additions.

With 2020 being what it is, and 2021 perhaps being another slow year for the industry, I'd be shocked if KI got a major installation prior to 2023, and more likely 2024 or 25. I assume everything is backed up across the company at best, so things that were originally planned for 2021 elsewhere won't open until 2022, 2022 pushed back to 2023 and on down the line. At that assumes next year approaches something "normal" which is far from a guarantee at this point.

I'd wager a Blue Ice Cream that there isn't. KI has a lot to offer, and I could see it being a few years before they add something that costly to the lineup. This year hasn't exactly been a great one from a profit standpoint, and I did recall hearing something about them just getting a fairly pricey coaster recently... I think if they do get a dive, it'd be a bit farther out than 2022...

I can’t wait for everyone to read Kings Island: A Ride Through Time in spring 2021, when it will be published by Rivershore Creative! The book is moving full-steam ahead once again now that I have a contract signed with the new publisher. I promise that the wait will be worth it, as I’ve been spending this time filling the book with more content, more interviews, and more incredible stories.

Build a hill over BLSC to enclose it to have it blend in. We won't have to see the thing anymore, we get a new dark ride, and you can even build a coaster on top. Its a win-win-win It would be like our version of Wonder Mountain: "Wonder Hill"

I see why a lot of people don't like Backlot Stunt Coaster, but I actually like that ride. Please don't remove that ride. I'd rather them do something with the old Vortex plot of land than get rid of Backlot Stunt Coaster.
