There was a post on social media over the winter with a pic of a restored or reimagined mask. But I don't think it was said they would return to the original spots , but would be very easy to conjecture that they would.3 points

I had to go get me two shirts today and watch the show. So love that show!!3 points

They can tell people and have signs saying that the restraint will lower on its own, but people are used to lowering their own restraint so they’re going to do that due to muscle memory. They should have accounted for this. If pulling on it caused a fault then that’s a huge design flaw that should have been addressed many iterations ago.3 points

Have the masks been put back on Adventure Express' first lift hill? Or are they still being worked on2 points

update to my impressions. I really appreciate the amount of work. but i definitely wish it were feasible to get on-board audio or many many speakers at the mid-ride dialogue spots. Yesterday I got to hear a couple sentences and imagining if I couldve heard everything, it made it feel akin to the universal adventures feels like a lot of effort went into the dialogue and you cant always hear it depending on where you get told to sit & sometimes you dont hear it at all. However! despite that one tomb guy not pumping his arms for the past month.. I was able to find at least 2 spikes that actually came out and retracted. - and no.. I'm not expecting on-board audio. Just wishing it were in the cards or easier to pull off2 points

^^Zierer was contracted by Schwarzkopf during one of their bankruptcies to build their rides in the 80s.2 points

Always sad to hear but I don't know that this is something impossible to happen in the US. Don't know much about this but it looks pretty good from the Youtube videos. Built by Zierer but designed by Schwarzkopf and Stengel?2 points

That is a maintenance road and is traveled frequently by maint going to/from Bat, Skyflyer, Drop Tower, Invertigo, Congo, Timberwolf, the maint access road outside the park, etc. I wouldn't read too much into vehicle traffic on that road...2 points

Did you see anybody from maintenance in the station area by any chance? Or were they just driving around the area?2 points

I have watched cycles where a ride op literally walks with the person to the seat and tells them not to pull down the restraint and yet they still try despite the sign and being told as they are sitting down. Similar to how pushing too hard on the queue gates at coasters can trip a fault, I suspect as these restraints get worked in, there may be more give on the restraints to not trip a sensor or maybe they can adjust the sensitivity. And I am sure there are other reasons why the ride goes down, but in many instances maintenance is looking at the restraint of a seat.1 point

It was actually at Timberwolf last weekend (Saturday at least) during Spirit Song. Serving Mexican fare. Unfortunately, not on the dining plan.1 point

What percentage of KI's annual attendees do you think complain about the similarity? The overwhelming majority of guests don't think the way enthusiasts do, and thank goodness for that. The general public is much more inclined to see Orion and Diamondback as more or less the same than enthusiasts would. It's the enthusiasts/diehard fans who draw minor distinctions and obsess over every detail or statistic. Since the two coasters look and feel similar, they're going to be viewed as the same. I don't think this could be said of any other two coasters in the park. Definitely though the level of and visibility of complaints will be different largely because rides mean more personally to enthusiasts. An enthusiast will rant or rave. A general public guest will say "that could be better, oh well", or "that was pretty good."1 point

Also, Soak City must be popular today as the KIMVRR had a line out to the midway in Rivertown.1 point
