  1. This is Cedar Fair! It's obviously going to be either Lumberhawk, Splinterhawk, Timberhawk, or something along those lines Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  2. Storm Chaser is entirely steel. And supposedly from these plans, it is showing a steel structure, and if it were to be an I-BOX with a steel structure, like Storm Chaser, that would be entirely steel. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  3. Most likely thats where they shoot the fireworks from. Aren't the fireworks shot by The Beast? This is nowhere near there. If they were here The Beast wouldn't have to close each night Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk Actually the fireworks are shot behind the Blue Racer's turnaround. See area circled on image below: Sent from my LG-D851 using Tapatalk Okay that's where it was. Why do they close The Beast and not The Racer if it's so much closer? I actually never knew exactly where the fireworks were set off. I apologize for this, I probably look like an idiot right now. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk

  5. Not sure if this is Project 2017 related, but on the Blue Racer turnaround, if you look back in the woods to the right, left of the theater, there's a bunch of things covered with black tarps. Never noticed them before, they could have been there a while, but I feel like I would have noticed them. Anyone know about these things? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  6. In RMC news.... Lightning Rod caught on fire. Also saw this gem of a comment on Instagram. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  7. Now now this isn't Six Flags Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  8. "roll out the barrels." Have we considered that this coaster may have a barrel roll? Similar to Hades 360 or Jungle Trailblazer for example. GCI has confirmed Millennium Flyers can perform inversions, would GCI ever attempt an inversion? I know they're very true to the traditional woodie and don't often stray from that. But I'd reckon for the right amoof money, they'd built whatever the park wants. Within reason of course. (I haven't been active the past few days, I may have missed this) Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  9. The Voyage is rough, but in a sense that it's ridiculously aggressive and beats you senseless. It's the only coaster that leaves me gasping for air and has my heart racing when it slams into the brakes. I like that. From a discussion with a former long time HW employee I had, the Timberliners were ultimately scrapped because they were going too fast. The park never stated publicly why they wouldn't use them, because they didn't want to trim it to death. But given that Hades supposedly got significantly faster after adding them, it would make sense, and I trust him because he was an op on that ride for several years. I find The Beast to be less rough, but it's a less aggressive coaster, and KI babies it. And in most cases, with a woodie that tall and that fast, it's going to beat you up. Prefabs are different, but for a traditional woodie, it almost always will. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  10. Dinn woodie confirmed [emoji14] Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  11. I know one woodie company that is known for their unique barrel rolls... Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  12. Several people have mentioned GG, but nothing becomes of it. I don't see why it isn't possible, Cedar Fair had worked with both CCI and GCI, I don't see why they wouldn't work with GG, considering they're essentially the "new" CCI. And GCI is obviously the most likely candidate, but almost all their layouts are much more "twisty," where GG does more out and back coasters. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  13. That was his evidence, he hears it from the fry guy. Could the fry guy be the Dippin Dots guy? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  14. The fry guy at Potato Works isn't enough evidence? [emoji14] Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  15. To them it is. Just not to the rest of us! [emoji14] Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  16. It's pretty obvious some people are hoarding information. They're having fun with us Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  17. Oldschool, didn't you post another layout pic earlier, with the ride orientation flipped 180°? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  18. For all we know the "long boring sections" could consist of some incredible airtime hills. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  19. The layout reminds me more of something CCI would build vs GCI. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  20. I'm pretty sure all of them are 48". Which is pretty nice for families considering most B&Ms are 52/54. I've always found it strange that Wild Eagle is only 50" Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  21. That's it guys. We're getting an RMC/GCI hybrid!!! Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  22. The Voyage has the most (not necessarily best) airtime. I believe Lightning Rod is second. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  23. That could be a pretty tough record to break...but that would be amazing. Fastest could be a pretty tough one... especially if LR is going faster than planned as it has been rumored. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  24. It looks like it will at least be a decent length coaster, and run over/along the reservoir. I'm hyped. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  25. As long as the park has Don, I don't think he'll let anything happen to his beloved Racer. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
