Totally off topic but I was just over on the Cedar Point site and saw this................ Please note: Snake River Falls will close for the season on Sunday, September 7. Now I know that its at the end of the season but there is nothing saying Thunder Canyon is closing on a date......Anyone heard anything? Sorry I am off Topic.

Sorry to double post here but....looking at the DB webcam.....looking at the very top on the far side ( side with the lights last night) It looks like they hung something up that is hanging on the whole side look along the top of the building. Is it just me and my eyes are messing up or do you see that? EDIT - I think I am seeing things.....looks like its just a shadow nvm lol

I would be saying Thank you to Mr. Kinzel. Only reason why KI is apart of Cedar Fair....I don't see what's to not like about him? Oh well.....Lets not get off topic here!

Pretty sure there are only 2 coasters at Cedar Point that load 2 trains at once....... Dragster and Maverick.

Last I heard, it was still manufactured in Europe. Wow, They ship all steel track over that's crazy!! Maybe saving money? I would think that would cost more? Well since Intamin hasn't built a coaster in the US since 2012, they are saving quite bit by making track over there. Let's hope that changes!!! I feel like maybe they are going back and revamping they was their coasters work. We will see the ride of Intamin again!

Would they really have the announcement back there? Does this mean they have use the Crypt building for something in 2017?? EDIT - On the webcam you can see a bunch of stuff to the left of the crypt building!!??

As much as I'd like an Intamin.........its not going to happen in 2017.

I highly doubt they would close the biggest coaster in the park prior to closing day. Any work that would need to be done would wait until the end of the season.Sent from my iOS 10 device He was talking about only on Thursday not for the season.

CSF used to be just the North American plant for B&M, but now they're manufacturing and shipping all their rides worldwide too. So I guess then Intamin would do the same just from across the pond. Ok right on. Was hoping they were having the steel work done here so we could keep an eye on that factory as we do at CSF. EDIT - I am not sure what I see in that picture? Maybe the announcement will take place inside the Crypt if it rains? haha
