  1. If a GiGa is coming in 2020 when will land clearing start? What month do you think we would see signs of something happening? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Is it just me or does it feel like Chad is not in the loop with what they are doing? This post makes it seem like he didn’t know it was a roller coaster that was leaving... you’d think the PR person would be kept in the loop on big things like this. Maybe it’s nothing. 3. Only problem being AE is on steel track and can’t be RMC’d Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. 11 chairs... what coaster was added 11 years ago? [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Spot on with my thinking. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the new Bathrooms where Firehawk is and connecting the old DA entrance to Xbase and that’s where our new B&M giga goes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I haven’t been to Haunt yet but does anyone know if the old Days of Thunder building is being used for haunt this year? If not maybe wind seeker goes to open up area for the new B&M where Days of Thunder is. Just a thought... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. My hope would be an indoor log flume ride like Timber Mountain. Theme it though as the lumber processing mill and tie in the Mystic Timbers theme. Vines growing all over the building and maybe throw in some animatronic angry trees or something. That would be a sweet dark ride and everyone would be happy that the log flume is back! 8. I think he may have also been there to tryout as Uncle Fester for Halloween Haunt this year. You’d think he’d be encouraging the long rumored Adams Family ride. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I think the antiques will bring back a sorely missed part of the park. It’s also a minor investment along with last year’s minor investment. I’m guessing both 2018 and 2019 additions cost total around $4 million. Those expecting 2019 to be a coaster year were dreaming. 2020 could be a coaster year with B&M being mentioned in the commencement plans. Will any of the teasers/Easter eggs tie in? We’ll find out next year. Let’s hope we get a new monster coaster in the near future but until then enjoy our new antiques! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Whatever happened to the Interpreter? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Who is ready to start scouting B & M s plant in Batavia sometime around February or March next year?!?! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. My guess is the antiques return, Racer is retracked and painted back to the original colors, and maybe another flat. Seems like Coney Mall is being spruced up for something big in 2020! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. For those that don’t like to read a bunch of names, here is the important parts of the document. If B&M is coming back to KI it could be a very good chance of us getting a GIGA. I don’t know where it would go though with all the SOB teasing we’ve seen. They seem to be sprucing up and reinvigorating Coney Mall so I’d think it would go over there. I just don’t understand all the SOB references. I’m calling Steel Beast! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Here is the full teaser that was sent to WCPO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Okay legal scholar show me a case where someone has been charged with assault because of injury while using their cell phone while riding a roller coaster. It doesn’t exist. No sensible prosecutor would bring such a case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Maybe they should install a no cell phone rule like at Steel Vengeance. Then let’s see all of you complain. Also, there is no way you could be charged with assault for having a phone fly out of your hand. That’s just ridiculous. Look up the laws before you spout nonsense. It’s a one off nothing burger at KI. They’re not going to ban or charge a VIP guest. I do agree he should have adhered to the rules but your remedies are just nonsense. 17. [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22] 🤣 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. You guys seem pretty butt hurt about something that literally nobody will remember in a week. Let’s calm it down a bit. Nobody got hurt and he was reprimanded. What do you expect them to do file charges? Extremely unlikely! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I don’t think the park actually cares. They were VIP guests and it was good publicity for them anyways. They just had to put out a statement so they don’t look like hypocrites in the future if they catch a guest doing the same thing. His response was an a**hole comment though. 20. Magenta obviously this isn’t happening in 2019 at this point. I wouldn’t expect to see fences and signs until next year. There is already plenty of land cleared so I wouldn’t expect to see “falling trees” at this point (they’ve already been fell). You also didn’t address any of the teasers that are out there or my point about the SOB tribute. Yes rocks in dirt are pretty but they aren’t hinting at anything. KI obviously knows about the Banshee wood and flowers. Why haven’t they been removed if they are getting media inquiries about them? This is a speculation based on what has been shown. Wonderland had a poster show up last year at Cedar Point so I don’t see how it is unrealistic to think this is some pre construction teasing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I find it hard to believe that King’s Island would let any employee mess with their theming let alone place their own teaser/tribute. Why would it not have been removed after the WCPO report specifically mentions it as a possible teaser? If the park was upset you know it would have been removed that same day. The flowers zoomed in look like fake flowers as well. This definitely seems like a teaser! Great photos! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I’m pretty sure anyone from the public can drive and take photos from GWL parking lot or public access roads that abut them. Definitely NOT trespassing. There seems to be certain people on this forum (Oldschool75) that don’t want anyone looking at or speculating on teasers from Cedar Fair. I wish they would quit being so negative and embrace that we might be getting something new in 2020. There is nothing to see at that spot though as I checked it out myself. Just a flat clearing for dorms. Not worth your time investigating. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. So Cedar Fair releases multiple posters teasing Beast, SOB, and RMC and somehow it’s our fault for speculating what they are supposed to mean? Smh [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. So I found another clue from a Carowinds teaser poster from late June that directly links to KI. They had a poster of the Miami River Lumber Company. The most telling hint is at the bottom of the poster (Images aren’t attaching for some reason but the teaser twitter post can be found on Screamscape Carowinds) It reads at the bottom: “Your lumber is obtained by means of vengeance. Notice: We are temporarily sold out of Southern Yellow Pine until our next shipment arrives next season.” To me vengeance is a clear reference to RMC SteVe. Additionally you’ll recall that the poster found at Cedar Point that references Outpost 5 and Five is Alive also references looking for stalwart men that have a full understanding of Southern Yellow Pine (among other things). Conclusions... So we have multiple RMC references, multiple Southern Yellow Pine references, and multiple Outpost 5 references. This all leads me to believe next year we will begin construction on a RMC in Action Zone to replace SOB (utilizing the station) that should open in 2020. Let’s hope so! 25. I can’t tell if this sarcasm and photoshop or something meaningful. I may just be gullible lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
