“Let’s go to Kings Island. I hear there’s a new ride where you can shoot Charlie Brown!”
No, you shoot Lucy and she doesn’t raise the football.
2nd season, the guns don’t work and we are back to the same old scene.

Open Rivertown Freestyle and achieve record revenue pacing. See how this works folks?

Maybe they should start using B&M spare parts instead. Then maybe they can triple their up time.
But then they will rattle and meander around.

My guess is allocation of limited resources. It’s not like That Yellow Thingy on the Beach was a people eater.

@King Ding Dong must be at KI today, RT Freestyle is closed.
Unfortunately no. As what happens nearly every year one or both of the kids is not sufficiently ahead in schoolwork to make it possible. I was really thinking about making the trip this weekend so maybe caused it.
How was today’s Game Day Grill?

“Game Day” food cancelled due to rain? I can’t even…
Might be better next time to focus on MLB Game Day food.

And you have to do more than Chef plate offerings, and tasting events to get that as well.
Why does Dollywood and Knoebels get this award - they do not have chain places providing food around every corner.
When KI gets more offerings like the French Quarter and Brewhouse and Coney and Smokehouse BBQ and moves away from the Skyline and LaRosa's type offerings and more of the meals are the quality of the Chef Plate and tasting events and Brewhouse and French Quarter and BBQ, then we will see KI make a serious run at that category.
But everyone keeps saying that the Golden Ticket Awards are bought and paid for by the highest bidder. Are you implying that there is actually some legitimacy to them and quality (rides or food) actually matters?

Wrong chain.

Chef's Plate changes to Game Day Grill and moves to Sunday:
Interesting marketing concept. Reminding Dad that if he brings the family to the park on Sunday he will miss most of the games but hey, here is some foodie food to compensate.

The real question is, what changed?
It would appear from this tweet CF is just trying to confuse people.

As someone that has topped 300lbs in the past let me tell you all about the problems that causes.
Tube slides I had to stop doing for a time as half my rides I flipped over and ended up on my stomach or back. It is the momentum and hydroplaning with increased speed, plus I didn’t fit down in the tube as well so the center of gravity is higher. Maybe someone 375 or more could complete the barrel roll on a tube slide but I couldn’t and would just crash down. Gets a little Acton Parky. If you do flip make sure to flip over to your back, I banged myself up a bit entering a splash pool on my stomach once. There was one slide at Zoombezie Bay if I managed to stay on the tube I would plane across the splash down pool and get beached on the concrete. Fun and the kids loved watching it but probably not the safest thing.
Mat racers. A bit of airtime is fine but I would get so much I was landing more on the horizontal section. Absolutely brutal on the chest and knees to do that 2 or 3 times on my way down.

I have never understood the mystic of riding it backwards...for me, after a couple of times it was "been there done that"...I preferred looking down the hills.
You only look up half the time. The other half you look down.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg joins Carowinds in banning all bags from evening Haunt operating hours. Wonder if it spreads further?
Outrageous. Next they will come for our cargo shorts and soon after pockets altogether. Eventually even us men will have no option but to wear yoga pants and it will be the scariest most terrifying Haunt ever!

In this circumstance I wouldn’t recommend they add a shed.

Given the history of that word I am really surprised it is used for a coaster name.

Any chance you can use your Gödel-fu and calculate the hourly cost of running the fountains including the water loss?
