I guess that came off a little strong, but the giggling part was in reference to an airplane not an amusement park. Giggling and genuine laughter are two very different things. "I brushed my teeth". IIRC SF allowed costumes but no masks/face paint stuff like that. It may have changed. I wonder how they enforce that. Half the clothes people wear these days are costumes.

Are there really that many people that 1. Pay to park, then 2. Try and BS their way into the park that they have to be so strict and make you wait for them to fix their errors? I wonder if there isn't a problem with the business logic layer or the database that sometimes when you scan to park your car it scans you into the park. That may be what happened to Terp at Carrowinds. Especially with platinum pass holders one would reason that if there was a problem it would happen at the toll gate first. At turn style, "Sorry sir your pass expired in 1997", "Really?, then why did the gate go up when a scanned it 10 minutes ago at the toll booth?" Great movie scene: IBEW_Sparky strolls up to the gate and hands over his Platinum Pass. "Sorry Sir, my screen shows a big red X." IBEW_Sparky empties his magazine into the screen "Not anymore." Strolls into park.

Get off my lawn!!!! No, seriously I agree with you. During the day the music is just loud enough that if they turned it any more I would file a complaint. Night is just to much. Many teenage girls are just a useless annoyance to society (so are many boys but that is another discussion). They are either screamers or gigglers. I was on a plane with a HS or College women's sports team once and I thought I was going to have to jump out the emergency exit. They were high or just morons. How do you sit there and giggle for a straight hour and a half? I know some professional comedians and they aren't that funny all the time. I remember seeing a show on TV where convenience stores were installing speakers outside that emitted annoying high pitched sounds in a range that only humans under 30 can hear to keep the kids from loitering. I would gladly pay for a mobile version to carry around with me.

Whenever I have had issues like that on some other forums a browser cache flush has usually fixed it for me. Also sometimes if your IP address changes the server can log you out.

^ There is an option to purchase it online. Hmmm. So do platty holders get a $20 discount? Probably not. They obviously have to limit the number of cars they can accept. Let's say they have 20 attendants working the stand. Park closes at 10PM and 2000 people show up wanting their cars. That has always been a problem for me and valet parking at anything but a restaurant. If it is any kind of event and lots of people try to leave at the same time it takes forever to get your car. I suppose if they guarantee you won't have gull poop all over your car it might be worth it.

Well I just purchased a CP platty for my wife. Wouldn't let me do the payment plan thingy but that's fine. Other than than internal software glitches as described here the only problem I see is if her pass gets lost. On the back of the cards it says replacements have to done at the processing park, so that could be a real pain. Hoping adding the passes to the CP and KI app will help mitigate that if something happens to any of them. Crossing my fingers.

^^^ Not sure how to prove you were not in the park. Obviously they would need to be able to state what time you were scanned allegedly. Terp, How high did you escalate the issue? ^^ how I would have attempted to solve that problem would be to give them my phone number and make copies of my passes and tell them to call me when they sorted out THEIR problem but to not ruin the day for my family and let me go about my business in the park.

^ I am going to make sure I have all receipts and confirmation emails readily available on my phone. Probably a good idea to keep copies in my glove box as well.

Could be for another fence to keep our prying eyes out of their business. We also need a better solution than those tarps to stash the bodies of the beggars and demanders. Progress.

^^^ Don't have a survey but the opinions run the gamut. Some want a family coaster, many a giga, inversions, wild, tame, RMC, GCI. I don't think there is a consensus on what is wanted and what we are likely to get.

Thanks, I fully admit I am very closed minded when it comes to music and it isn't limited to country. I can handle Dolly type country, just not the stuff you hear on the radio for the last 30 years or so.
