Could you elaborate? When I look at the leaked layout it seems to match the current clearing to a tee. Maybe I am missing something? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

In my mind, the layout is pretty much confirmed by the available clearing. It matches up perfectly and they appear to be done clearing. Team Lil Giga on a Budget. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yep. I expect a unique theming element. Think: The Shed (but instead something space-themed as you approach the station). So, Leviathan with a space-themed routine as the trains sits in the stack upon returning to the station. (It will stack due to the ride only being a minute long). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So we are potentially talking about a Giga coaster that breaks MULTIPLE records. Shortest drop and shortest length (for a Giga) Haha j/k. Sorta. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Different weather in the winter? Guessing it is much more productive in Jan/Feb that far South than in Ohio. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes! And if no more land is cleared, we should accept that we are going to see a record breaking Giga (shortest). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. We actually feel like if we didn’t have the meal plan, we wouldn’t go to the park as often. I’d say a dozen times/year we essentially go to the park for dinner or lunch, and we hit a couple rides before and after. Don’t feel like cooking dinner? Let’s go get BBQ sammiches and then stroll through Planet Snoopy with the kids. Lunchtime on Sunday? Let’s go eat Tom & Chee, hit the rides on Coney Mall and then bounce. 8. Is the FunPix video on Mystic Timbers something new this year? I downloaded my pic after a ride like usual and then noticed they added a video with the animated tree as we coming over an airtime hill. Pretty cool and did not see that last year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Took a peak from the tower. I don’t know. No new clearing IMO. The cleared ground is really clean. They might be done clearing, and a giga would be a real tight fit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How about a unique and themed jingle/track on loop in the station as with MF or TTD? For it? Against it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Right. This is interest free. Keeps more cash in my pocket along the way. No brainer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. We also ate at Coney BBQ on Saturday. The special (Gumbo) was on the dining plan. Chef indicated they’d occasionally have specials such as this. We didn’t get the Gumbo but it looked good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. First 2019 visit today, I think International Street looks fantastic. Even thought the fountains looked cool. Love the pavers, the buildings, the flags. Only negative is the light poles. They really stick out now. Grade: A- Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I have seen several references to the fountain not being fully operational. Can anyone elaborate and what exactly wasn’t or isn’t complete? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This year we got the return of the Antique Cars. I’m thinking this space will feature the return of.....SUNSHINE TURNPIKE! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Compare it to sitting in the brake tunnel on Racer or Beast. At least there is something to look at. Problem was in the lead-up they hyped it to be something real special and people got their hopes up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. We took in the 7PM shows both Friday 6/1, and Sunday 6/3. We loved it both times. My 3 and 5 year-old girls were mesmerized. Enjoyed the laser stuff. And the bike stunts were probably my favorite. Lead astronaut is superb. That balance act is top-notch, again. Two thumbs up! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. We are new to Funpix this year (haven’t even used it yet), should we have a Funpix card to scan? Or is it on our Gold pass? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Wife and I hung out at KI for a few hours today. Spent a good chunk of time just sitting on International Street and people watching. The music was GREAT. Noticed Dmitri Tiomkin “The High and the Mighty”, “Tara’s Theme” from Gone with the Wind, and the Angry Birds main theme. Good times. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Wife and I stopped by Coney BBQ today for lunch. Both had pulled pork sammiches (one with Mac, one with fries). PLENTY of food, and pretty TASTY! We both were impressed. I mean, the BBQ sauce is pretty standard, but the meat was tender and full of flavor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Really enjoyed the new Rivertown music, as well as the Instrumental music on I-Street. As a kid in the 1980’s, I remember you always heard bluegrass-y music (especially featuring the banjo) in Rivertown. This brought back a lot of good memories. I hope the park is learning the value of themed music for different areas of the park. It is not ideal to hear the same current mix of Pop music feed throughout the entire park (leave that for maybe Action Zone or something). Now, if we could get some Polka-ish music in the Oktoberfest area, and maybe some Golden Oldies on Coney Mall that’d be great! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Ahhhh, brings back childhood memories of the Clown Band. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Not sure if new, but first time I noticed the separate drink line one the left at RHOFG. Seems to speed things up at the food order point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Not sure if still a thing, but 2 years ago Moerlein had lager you could only get at KI. It was called "Inversion". Pretty tasty. One day a buddy and I had a few of them out on the back patio at RHOFG, while watching DBack. Good times. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I visit with my fam (wife, 4 y/o, 2 y/o) about once/week on average. We have the season food plan. There is a LOT of bad food in the park. It is pretty ridiculous. Of the many "chicken/fries" options, we find we have the best luck with Chicken Shack. Potato Works (Rivertown) isn't what it was back in the day. It misses more than it hits. The chicken is awful, and the fries aren't up to the tasty standard we enjoyed decades ago. Potato Works (Coney) needs to be razed. Juke Box Diner is TERRIBLE more often than not. Chic Fil A and Panda are the most consistent offerings for quality. The new joint in Soak City holds promise. We shall see. Same with Tom & Chee. LaRosa's is fairly good, fairly consistently. Same with Skyline. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
