  1. I hate to be a tower ride enthusiast here, but FFS, the most accurate comparison you can give for Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is that it is pretty much a scaled-up frog hopper.
  2. T-Rex track, and by extension the smaller Raptor track is intended to be used to build all-steel looping coasters, not coversions. After all, that thick steel rail has to be super heavy.
  3. Vortex has an old logo showing the track being gripped by a giant robot hand. Also, how dare you insult B&M Hypercoaster clamshells.
  4. ^The largest Ferris Wheel in the world is High Roller in Las Vegas.
  5. From what I've heard, Mass Effect: New Earth is actually pretty good. After all, it's not a glorified MMO with motion seats. If Action Theater were to get ME:NE or something similar using a EA property, I'd be up for that.
  6. Does anybody think that it would be a good idea if the current trains on The Bat were replaced with the ones Vekoma added to Vampire in the UK?
  7. Well, based on this permit, Valleyfair is getting a Funtime Star Flyer for 2017. Makes sense knowing how well WindSeeker opened. https://twitter.com/CPFoodBlog/status/761166528649826304
  8. Only Hershey's Kisses Tower and Reese's Tower are Double Shots, Hershey's Tower is a Combo Tower, and it has rotating seats, which is a first for any S&S Tower.
  9. I know Silver Dollar City still does that on their train from footage I saw from Coaster Studios, don't remember if the robber had a gun though.
  10. Valleyfair just got All Wheels Extreme to my knowledge, so I don't think the ampitheater will be going. I'm thinking they'll put a Funtime Slingshot there.
  11. ^Barrel-themed spinning teacups? That's the closest i can think of to a ride involving "rolling barrels", since that was the only clue that didn't line up with Mystic Timbers, if what you're saying is right.
  12. S&S is still around, just under different management.
  13. It appears Mystic Timbers isn't running Millenium Flyers, it seems. The press release states the trains will seat four per car.
  14. An element most notably seen on Verbolten at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Th13teen at Alton Towers, a drop track is a piece of track a train stops on, and drops. Both of these rides have the drop indoors, which makes people suspect the shed contains one.
  15. I agree, but Wallabi Rhone-Alps has a rollercoaster named Timber.
  16. What's this Harambe the dudes in the chat are obsessed with EDIT: nvm, my sister just told me.
  17. Lots of timber noises and lag, it seems. Think the buffering is starting to clear a bit. Or not.
  18. I'm pretty sure that's the podium that they'll be speaking from. You can kind of see the cord of a mic sticking out on top of it.
