I'm thinking about making the 3 hour drive to CP tomorrow. If I do, I'll get there by 9 for the ERT. What time does the parking lot open? Any guess as to how busy it may be? Most importantly, I can usually only walk around for about 4-6 hours. What's the best order to ride to get a loop around the park? Anything to avoid or isn't a "must ride"? (I really want to try that perch sandwich as long as I don't have to walk from the back of the park to the front to get it! LOL)

I don't think they'll say anything about sunglasses. I usually have a cord on mine to keep them on during the rides. I've not had a problem with hats either. I sit on it or stick it down my shirt.

Banshee, Firehawk & Mystic Timbers do not have bins. You're not allowed to take in line any loose items like the bottle or bags on those rides. You also can't take a bottle that has anything in it to the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Are there any activities planned for Sunday? I'm planning on going Sunday with a friend provided it's not storming all day.

It's a good ride when it's cold! I rode 2 weekends ago when it was 45 in the morning. I just couldn't feel my fingers for 2 hours after. [emoji23]

Finally got the FunPix working. I called the number on the site and they said that my pass number wasn't hooked up to my account correctly.

I guess there's 2 ways to look at it. 1: there are 2 (or more) people sharing the food given to them in the meal. 2: one person eats all of the same food given to the people in example 1 or they eat some of it and throw the rest away. Either way, it shouldn't matter. Two meals a day is two meals a day. Doesn't matter if 1 person eats all the food or if 5 people share 2 meals. Integrity has nothing to do with this. Now the drink plan on the other hand.......

To clarify, 2 people, 2 meal plans. Not exactly "sharing" like some. It's just most meals are way too much for me (weight loss surgery 3 years ago). I gave a guy half my Tom+Chee sandwich instead of throwing it away. This is why I favor smaller meals closer together.

My sharing plan this year is different. A friend has a pass and the meal plan. That way when we go together we can share a meal, eat smaller portions and eat more often. Example: tenders at Chicken Shack. I eat one, she eats one, we each eat some fries and throw away 1 tender and a lot of fries. I would be perfectly fine with even smaller meals for the meal plan if they were more frequent. Skyline: 1 coney and like 1/3 of the fries I got Saturday. CS: 1-2 tenders and small order of fries. Panda: 1 entree & small side. All of this provided I could eat 3 times, 2 hours apart.

I experienced the new Coney Skyline Saturday. I really like the kiosks for ordering. I think these work best if you are a season pass holder with the food plan. Scan the pass and it shows what you can get. Pretty easy. They need to do this with Subway and some of the others also. As long as they keep up with the food. I could even see them adding to the app to order and pick up. The only gripe is someone still had to scan my pass to get a drink. That wasn't built into the system.

I scanned my pass at multiple rides yesterday. The only thing that shows up on my account is the video from Mystic Timbers. I went to the Funpix kiosk at the front of the park and they have me a card with a number on it supposedly to save my pictures from the day to pull up if they never show up. Well, they never showed up. They verified my email and all. I don't think there's a disconnect since I'm getting the MT videos. Anyone have any ideas?

For ERT, are they making you go all the way back and around by The Beast to get to Mystic Timbers or cut through PS?

I don't think executives at KI are going to decide to remove the parks first coaster anytime soon. How do you get rid of the main attraction that started the park?

It's not like this is Disney. KI doesn't attract adults seeking continuous full time employment. It's a seasonal business and attracts mainly high school and college kids. Some may come back, but work in other areas. I'm guessing 95% of the workers are considered part time with no benefits.

Well, mine was more like (after walking to and standing in line over 30 min for MT) "are you Magenta Lizard?" And then proceeded to ride MT with her. [emoji23]

I don't understand why they didn't put the metal railing along all of the wood fencing to keep people off of it.
