I don't know if the Koch family is too interested in buying another park. I believe they chose not to buy Kentucky kingdom because it wouldn't have worked out for them. I believe they do best as an individually ran park.

I hope to God that holiday world does not close. That would likely make me even more upset than I am about this!

Wow! I didn't see this coming! I never got to go to this park! It looked like a great park! This feels like Geauga Lake all over again! My heart goes out to the employees there as they move on.

I think we are still at least a few weeks out from testing.

It depends on the location in the park for me. I tend to have most issues back by Flight of Fear.

They would have to get very creative to use that land down by the SOB station if they don't want to remove Bat. Especially since both coasters back there are suspended type coasters.

I honestly think that if a dive coaster went there, that they would have the drop facing the front entrance pathway that the lift on Invertigo faces.

Not me. I'm single, but I'm working at Kings Island this year. So you never know who you'll meet.

My main question is where would they start the coaster if they were going to use that Lion Country safari land. The thing is, we'll likely have to see things go to be able to build new things since I believe it helps balance the costs and doesn't add too much more in terms of maintenance and/or labor costs. It just makes sense imo to take out rides that aren't popular and/or cost too much to maintain and replace them with new better things.

I thought trains were already on the track and in the storage shed.

The only way I could see an RMC in Oktoberfest is if they removed Adventure Express (also known on here as breaking the 11th commandment lol). I don't think an RMC would fit too well with the flight/space theme of Area 72. That's just my opinion.

I believe they listed FOF because of how it goes with the theme of Orion and it's part of the area where Orion is located.

I hope they don't remove Flight of Fear. It's a very popular ride and is supposed to be a big part of the Area 72 theming. It's also one of the few indoor attractions at the park.

I don't believe they would do that. Cedar Fair doesn't usually relocate rides like that. Ride relocations to other areas are usually smaller flat rides. I believe it would make more financial sense imo to just get rid of it along with Invertigo and use that space to finish out Action Zone.

I don't know. The Bat is one of my favorites at the park imo. I think Invertigo and Congo Falls will be the next to leave. Both at the same time. However, not too many people thought they would remove Vortex now so idk.
