It's hard enough to drive around in the park during the day even after going through training, I shudder at the thought of distracted guests driving through at night with no training. No thanks!

Definitely. Large gatherings like that certainly won't help make it less intense though.

Stuff like this makes me wish we had an angry react button. The people that do this kind of stuff ruin everything for all of us. This stuff is what will cause a second wave.

I personally don't put any merit on what local (or any) news stations are putting out, just pay attention to what the park says in their statements. The media knows nothing more than what we all know. Plus as other people have mentioned, the person they credited doesn't have the best track record as far as predictions about KI go.

Using Photoshop, I put the entire park inside of The Vortex land plot. I think this would be a great addition to the park.

That's pretty far back from where those cars are parked, though. I still don't think it makes sense to park there.

I don't think anyone has given a definite answer for those cars. It's still a mystery as far as I've seen. Employee parking is nowhere close to there, so I doubt it's employees. Do they leave at night?

My thoughts on this are pretty similar to what others have said. I don’t see KI ever using those. Mystic Timbers is still very new in terms of a wooden coaster, so there’s no reason to replace trains already. Also, as gforce1994 mentioned, there’s quite a weight difference between these trains and the others. For Racer and Beast, I still don’t see them ever using these trains. I don’t think they’d match the style at all and I could see Kings Island not wanting to deviate from the current look and feel of those rides.

I was supposed to attend the Ozzy show at Riverbend. Maybe the shows will be rescheduled. I wouldn’t be mad if he decided to retire though, he deserves it 100%.

I moved to Ohio in 2008 and all of these posts about Phantom Theater really make me wish I was able to ride it. It sounds like I missed something awesome.

Such a shame to see Grand Carnivale cancelled, I was looking forward to it. Totally understand why, though.

I've definitely thought about this. Wearing a mask in 90+ degree heat every day I'm working will not be fun. If I have to do it I'd rather do that than stay at home though.

Even if everyone wears a mask, how do you keep one on while riding a rollercoaster? I imagine they'd fly off quite often.

It wouldn't surprise me. I remember how crowded Zombie Mall was that night. Trying to move through the massive crowds all night to get good scares was very tiring.

KI was very close to capacity that night, too. I don't think the park reached capacity during Haunt last season though.

Is Photoshop considered cheating?

Yes! I can remember at least one night during Haunt when KI hit 100% capacity. I think it was 2017 on a Saturday night. Haunt Saturdays are usually the most crowded days of the season.

If I remember correctly this is what they did with Diamondback, Mystic Timbers, and Banshee.

Yes the haunts are wheelchair accessible! (Most if not all of them.). Talk to guest services during Haunt and they’ll have specifics. I believe you can get a special pass/waiver of some sort.

It's a scare actor's job to scare you. If you don't want them to try to scare you, buy a no boo necklace.
