There's not a tunnel. We have blueprints. Theres no tunnel. We have pictures of the site. They aren't digging a tunnel and they have footers matching the blueprints where a tunnel would have to go. Even if they were going to do some mythical fake blueprints, they would have had to already dug the tunnel and poured it to have time to get everything done in the right order. We have a 300+ foot drop already, so be happy with that.
We get it you’ve stated your point and you’re almost 100% right, but the announcement is in three days let people have fun imagining what they want while the can. There’s no use in you getting ****ed and constantly correcting people. It’s all good, and just as you’ve said “be happy with that” I can tell you the same, be happy with people having their dreams about this coaster. We only have 3 days left to speculate and dream then will know for sure what the potentially biggest and most expensive addition we’ll ever have actually is.

Is there any chance geographically that the blueprints we’ve seen are accurate all the way through the final element but instead of turning left into the brake run it goes into another element to burn off the momentum we know it’s carrying. Is there actual land out there to even make that a possibility?

I think a flyer would be better than a floor-less honestly. The loss of Firehawk really showed me what a good, new flyer could do. Plus you could do it where Invertigo is and fly over and around the gate, or you could have it fly around in the woods (the cooler option imo). You cannot tell me a flyer that kept its average max height below the tree tops wouldn't be cool.
Have we seen a good new flyer though?

went to the Mystic Timbers announcement, that was fun! I hope this announcement is August 16th, that's the day I put in for having off just in case to be there.
AZ means 'Beginning and End", like when Firehawk first opened at KI in 2007 -2018.
Ok that sounds much simpler than what I was thinking. I thought it might be something do to with azimuth.

After getting over the initial disappointment from the stats for our giga I took solace in the fact that CF might be stepping up their theming game to (for lack of a better word) compensate. I’ve waited all summer for teasers to roll out not to tease the fact that we’re getting a giga but to start building the story to a great theme around said giga. At this point I’m beginning to think teasers will be minimum if at all and same goes for theming.

I could speak on the cons for a second. Let it be known that we all agree after the great debate many pages ago that Kings Island is on the map! With that being said I came across this on reddit today on the Kings Island sub. I have no clue if this person considers themselves an enthusiast or just a gp member that usually goes to CP, and previously Geauga Lake. They expressed a so so opinion on the KI coaster lineup, and I worry that a coaster that is just at or under 300ft. will lead to more people not necessarily feeling underwhelmed at our lineup, but let down at what could be.

I would just like to present my view points about the "leaked layout" that I am unsure of.
1) Out of all the companies that have access to the proprietary CAD file, I would assume that only people of management type (or in general not you average laborer) have access to said file.
2) Assuming my first point then we have to accept that somebody with a decent amount of responsibility within their company who would also know the repercussions elected to leak the files on KIC
3) I'm not sure what the "leaker" stood to gain from their actions especially when you take into account their nonchalant responses after their leak. They immediately acknowledged that people shouldn't look at it because it was private, and then essentially laughed at the person that questioned the validity of their leak. So they leak the layout, admit they did something wrong, and then stand by their error?
4) How did this person know to come to KIC only moments after the legitimate blueprints were shared with the community? It seems like an unbelievable lapse of judgement, almost premeditated which would mean this person working for whichever contractor potentially a member here.
5) Lastly are we to assume that of the few companies/people that have access to the CAD Files one vigilante decided to leak it here of no gain to themselves other than reeking havoc.
I fully understand that the majority of the evidence points to the leaks being reliable, but I still have my reservations. I'm not calling for a full out conspiracy theory but there are some holes here maybe someone can answer them.

I think the argument many fans have is "if its smaller or around the same length as Diamondback then what's the point?" I don't think its about being better than others but rather improving on what we already have.
Exactly, does 70ft taller than Diamondback and a shorter length really make it that great of an uprgrade?

There are some major differences between this project and Banshee and Mystic Timbers that may not warrant this project teasers. Banshee was replacing a pretty famous and, by far, the most polarizing ride in SOB and Mystic Timbers had to have the funnel cake stand be relocated and WWC moving its entrance the season it was being built, both major aesthetic differences. This project is kinda off the beaten path as X-Base is a dead end already.
I also think it’s worth mentioning that the gp seems much more aware/hyped for this coaster than the last two.

I also thought it’s been weird to not see any teasers yet. This has been a very very interesting and weird construction/teaser timeline.
I’ve kinda assumed we wouldn’t see park teasers until the park opens to it’s full time season schedule.

Just to be clear when I said blueprints I was revering to the "leaked" document. I believe the footer prints that we luckily had members go get are true, but regarding the pdf. I found equivalents for Banshee and Diamondback.

I was able to find the blueprints online to both Banshee and Diamondback, is it possible that someone who is more capable than me found the blueprints to Kings Mills Antique Autos and overlaid a giga layout?
