  1. That's why I typed it the way I did. The coaster itself has no world record but with its existence gives the park a record. Put that coaster at dorney park and nothing special will be said about it. I have some theories of what could happen but has nothing to do in this thread. These shirts people are mentioning that have been at the announcements prior, are they also available next year when it opens?
  2. What's the thoughts if last minute.. b&m and gci come together and make the worlds first wooden giga wing coaster? 2 totally opposite effects you'd want to experience at the same time... Or maybe not, lol. On a serious note, I see something interesting happening right now.. 2020, non world record coaster, in house records. 2017, non world record coaster, in house extension of wooden track length at park. 2014, last world record coaster... Is it possible that this giga coaster is a filler to complete Cedar Fair's large parks with a hyper and giga in preparation for a world record setter in the next 5yrs?
  3. If they plan one more reveal tomorrow... I cant think of what it would be? Sure it's the fastest too but they wouldnt bring Diamondback back into it again since it's the fastest right now. Invertigo has most Gs. I cant think of anything else.
  4. The cheapest tickets have always been through Kroger for us. We have season passes so when we bring others who don't have one, we go to Kroger and pick them up. They have always varied by either $20 or $30 per person throughout the season.
  5. They only want the news to get that box. Surely the code is just gibberish.
  6. LT. Ass Hey.. it fits And again... blueprints have supposedly been calculated by every engineer ever and the coaster is super short...well, now we are getting told its longer than Diamondback... Dont go off the blueprints as if made by God.. keep an open mind because we are already seeing things like track length is far better than calculated to be the shortest new ride ever, lol.
  7. Looks to be 10 letters per digit except last digit is only 9
  8. ^^^ That's what I and some others have been saying repeatedly.. The blueprints are NOT facts. Things change, get updated or revealed.
  9. Sounds like Tennessee Tornado at Dollywood. You go up and up and up.. then when you go down, it's like 30ft, lol.. Then do a turn around and THEN there's the real drop.
  10. Or lumberjack at canadas Wonderland and eye of the storm at kentucky kingdom. Or cyclos at kentucky kingdom too.
  11. If rollercoasters dont scare, put her on the skyhawk swing. If that dont do it, take her to carowinds or kings dominion. They have full rotating pirate ship that holds you upside down. Plus other flat rides there that are crazy too. Similar to the crypt at KI and electro-spin at carowinds.
  12. I don't understand going from leviathan to fury 325 to Orion Lite.
  13. https://www.lexico.com/en/definition/redund I don't think you want a redund when we already have a Hyper in the park.
  14. When this is all over, News Channel A is suing News Channel B, Enthusiasts go on rampage being let down, The GP is let down it's not The Beast Unleashed and an Asteroid, for real, hits Earth and causes tons of damage.. This new Giga will be heard "Around the World" and to set the worst World Record for the only coaster in the world to have provided Global disappointment on an unrecoverable level.
  15. This is why I need some terminology
  16. Can someone tell the proper terminology of this example- If millennium force was let's say 445ft tall, what is the technical term that differentiates it to TTD? They would both be strata coasters BUT one is a full length coaster whereas TTD is what?
  17. I dont think so either, lol. I cant remember the name of it but there is something like a mini TTD that's about 367ft outside the USA?
  18. Cant be. Kingda ka has the longest drop
  19. This is from USPTO Filing a request to divide does not extend the deadline for filing a statement of use or request for an extension of time to file a statement of use. Any outstanding deadline in effect at the time the application is divided applies not only to the original application, but also to each new application created by the division of the application. 37 C.F.R. §2.87(e). Therefore, if a notice of allowance has issued and a statement of use is due, a statement of use, or request for extension of time to file a statement of use, is due in each separate new application created by the division, unless the following exception applies: In a multiple-basis application, if the applicant files a request to divide out the goods/services having the basis or bases to which the notice of allowance does not pertain before the deadline for filing the statement of use, the new (child) application(s) created by the division are not affected by the notice of allowance. 37 C.F.R. §2.87(e)(3); TMEP §1110.05. A request to divide must be filed if the applicant files a statement of use before making use of the mark in commerce on all the goods/services specified in the notice of allowance as based on §1(b), unless the applicant deletes the goods/services that are not in use. 37 C.F.R. §2.88(c); TMEP §1109.03. Requests to divide are given priority in processing over any other document, with one exception: if the applicant submits a request for extension of time to file a statement of use that covers all the goods/services in the application at the same time as or before the request to divide, and the extension request applies to the resulting applications, the extension request will be processed first. This provides the applicant with an extension that applies to all resulting applications without requiring additional fees for extension requests. When the applicant files a request to divide goods/services that are in use from goods/services that are not yet in use, the USPTO puts the goods/services in use in the newly created (child) application, and retains the goods/services not in use in the original (parent) application. More child applications may later be created from the parent application. When the applicant files a request to divide goods/services based solely on §44(e) from goods/services that are not yet in use, the USPTO puts the goods/services that are based solely on §44 in a newly created (child) application, and retains the goods/services not in use in the original (parent) application. If the applicant submits a request to divide along with a statement of use and a request for an extension of time to file a statement of use, and the fees are insufficient to cover all three, the fees will be applied first to the extension request (if there is enough to cover the extension request), second to the statement of use, and last to the request to divide. See TMEP §1108.02(c) regarding fee deficiencies in extension requests, TMEP §1109.15(a) regarding fee deficiencies in statements of use, and TMEP §1110.02 regarding fee deficiencies in requests to divide.
  20. But... there are many craters on this planet. What makes these 4 so special?
  21. Ok.. so massive impact clues.. the end of the world.. asteroids flying around space... Maybe one of these asteroids is expected to slam into the FH area and we finally get our record drop, lol.
  22. Already told the Fiance we need FLP next year at KI for the new ride. We go for 12-14hrs once a week about 8-10x a year at KI so no need for them then. When we go to CP, we go for 5 days and still need a FLP for 1 of those days... (friday). Kings dominion never needs one. We needed one for Carowinds because of Copperhead strike. We got one for canadas Wonderland due to Yukon striker. When we go to dollywood, we never get one but we also go during the week too. When we do get one though, we typically will ride same ride about 6-8x before we kill that ride. Testing the feel on left and right side, front and back. That way when we take others, we know which seats are the best for which effect you want. Its basically mandatory to get FLP at Cedar Point... without one, you are killing your vacation time.
  23. I was on that bout month ago. First time I ever seen the launch fail. It had enough momentum to start the helix but came rolling right back. I'm still curious on something... Last year, isnt it true someone spotted RMC in KI with picture proof? If so.... I'd be checking next year for a contract coming...
  24. It be hilarious if they taped over the time of day. Nobody would know when to be there, lol.
