You can really see how much wood they’ve put down for Clifford now. Looks like a big area! I hope we see that crane start coming together next week.

I think they are moving that piece around to then just watch all of us respond to what we think they’re doing. If they only knew what the smallest movement down on the site does to this forum haha.

I just hope we get a reason soon. We have no idea why they are removing it, whether it be for a new ride, maintenance costs, safety, etc. I, along with most people, am dying to know why???

Does anyone know what the lines are like for the rides during Haunt? I've never been but would love to go to get on some night rides but i'm worried the lines will be forever. Thanks

Great question. I did some googling and shockingly cannot find this anywhere. I’m surprised this hasn’t come up before either. I wonder why the first hill angle isn’t a released stat.

I’m going to start calling you Maverick, the Orion Oracle haha. Do you guys think they’ll need Clifford for the next lift hill support or is possible the smaller cranes could put them up? I’m guessing we’ll need Clifford...

It’s because it cost $10k a day to rent...someone on here said that earlier but I can’t remember who. They are likely getting everything ready so when it is here it won’t be sitting and waiting/wasting money.

The lift hill isn’t going to go up as fast as I was thinking. I never thought about the cat walk being installed before each piece goes up but it makes sense.

Why do you think it will be tomorrow? I almost feel like if I stare at it long enough, I’ll be able to move it with my head haha.

Kings Island needs a new dark ride. I think that would be a great intermediate step after Orion.

I don’t think it’s in yet but looks like they have it ready to go up first thing in the morning. I’ve been watching for longer than I’d like to admit bc I thought they were really going to put it up. You guys were right for laughing! Lol. Tomorrow should be a fun day to watch.

There’s still a lot of activity around the first support for the hill. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see that go up by the end of today...glass half full!!

Ahh I wish we could see just ONE more piece today!! Maybe they’re going to wait until the first lift hill support is in until they add another piece of track.

Just saw that too right now. It is probably just routine maintenance/testing.

Will a crane have to hold that first piece of the lift hill in place until it connects to something else that is supported? Also, I can see some more welding being done in the transfer station.

Anyone planning on going to Halloween Haunt? I’ve never been but I may have to go this year just to see our blue baby being erected!!

I still think they’ll do the break run before the lift hill. It looks like the supports they moved out next to T-bone (yellow crane) are the supports for the break hill. I bet they are getting everything in place to start that next week....fingers crossed either way.
