  1. This would, no joke, bum me out as much as The Vortex station. Although, it seems the most likely thing.
  2. As the days start to grow colder, I begin to ask myself one thing: 'Would Blue Ice Cream coffee creamer work?'
  3. Don't they sell bags at the park bigger than this?
  4. Come on, Cedar Fair. It's time for something bold.
  5. I do recall finding the Backwards Racer to be an overall frightening and disorienting experience myself. Getting tossed around is fun, but not when you can't see at all where you're going.
  6. Let us agree to disagree. It's certainly no Flight of Fear, but the cemetery certainly adds to the appeal the ride has.
  7. I'd say the inescapable chill of mortality is quite horrific to most, but I dunno.
  8. The people I've met on here seem pretty chill for the most part, but I see where you are coming from.
  9. Given the impact it has on the Cedar Point skyline, you can rest assured they'll do everything they realistically can to save it. But something this unique and extreme can only be sustained for so long. If it runs another season, now is the time to get that credit if you don't have it.
  10. I wonder what kind of maintenance is necessary for all that friction.
  11. One of the more complicated aspects of Congo Falls is the water. If they moved it they'd have to lay new supply lines. It'd be a bit of an undertaking for such a modest attraction.
  12. I've never been in one. My only real experience with them is Roller Coaster Tycoon. lol
  13. Happens to me quite often. On a related note, I think there's a fair chance we will see this thing moved from California's Great Adventure into Area 72 and renamed to Skylab.
  14. Rome was not built in a day. Revamping the generic landscape instituted by Paramount is no easy task. Almost any theming PKI had was based upon copyrighted IPs.
  15. I was a bit limited on space and I really only wanted to put the big attractions in here. And as far as the Biden sticker goes, it was meant to be taken as a lighthearted joke for filler considering we haven't had much time to get anything beyond Orion this decade. I am not a politically minded person and I do not vote. Those stickers are just plastered on literally everything if you live in the Midwest like I do. My apologies that it was taken the wrong way.
  16. In your own personal opinions, which decade offered the best ride lineup and overall experience at the park? We've seen many changes of management over the past 50 years, and have also gained and lost many precious attractions. This is completely subjective.
  17. It hasn't been that long has it? Last time I rode the backwards train was '06. I guess that is 16 years now... *withers*
  18. Mauve for the Woodstock Express would be pretty sweet.
  19. I truthfully think Skylab coming back and being erected in Area 72 is the most likely thing to happen for KI. Not only do I think that, but I endorse it with open arms. If not that then I could also see Berserker coming to Coney Mall.
  20. I personally still think that if they are going to bring back Phantom Theater, or renovate the ride into anything else, that there is a very good chance that the park will implement virtual reality technology into its design. It would raise the ceiling for what the park could visually do and mitigate the maintenance costs by avoiding a largely mechanical display. It would also coincide well with blasters if they chose to go that route. Imagine seeing all of our beloved characters with high quality 360 degree animation.
  21. I agree with this, however, I think that the Action Zone land should continue to cater to the more dark, mysterious horror theme. Think of it as a Black Forest sorta thing on the outskirts of Oktoberfest. The old Germanic feel would contrast well with a scary, forbidden land outside of town. Adventure Express would also work well with this theme I think.
