Very sad. I am visiting this park for the first time in April and that was the coaster I was most looking forward to

I was expecting to see Bernie Sanders at KI

Coasters like the Boss, Beast and Mean Streak are just not my cup of tea

I am really hoping to see Cedar Branch away from just B&M and GCI. Id love to see some new age Vekoma's, Gravity Group (fingers crossed for Dorney)and intamin again. Even something like Alpina Blitz looks very fun from Mack. I am not sure how Cedar Fair feels about Hangtime so we will see if any Euro Fighters or Infiniti coasters pop up.

I hope Ed keeps running the park. We had so much fun at this place. Such a great atmosphere. Ever since Cedar Fair bought the paramount parks they stopped investing in the smaller parks. I feel like Cedar Fair would treat this park just like VF, WOF, MIA and Dorney and stunt this parks growth.

I think if someone has one day to visit a new park they could have a better time at Kings Island. Cedar Point really needs 3 or 4 days to soak everything in. It is just so massive. I found Kings Island much more laid back

I'm wondering how Star Wars is so low with all the hype around it. 2020 was a luckluster year that is for sure.
Everyone was so worried about record crowds for starwars land that it actually had a opposite effect with less crowds

How often do they fill up both grass lots anyways? They could pave them. Would be a great idea to use up parking lot space if they have too much. Or buy some of those shady looking motels and get rid of them.
I believe they own some of those shady motels lmao

We did near the front on the red side. Non wheel seat and the middle on the blue side non wheel seat

On my lone visit to the park a few weeks ago I though both sides were smooth

Way more pumped after POV then before. I was expecting it to be like Goliath at SFGAM but it is not at all luckily

I liked the que, I liked the color scheme and the theme. The ride was glass smooth and very rerideable. It easily in the top 3 best coasters in the park. The speed hill was great

I was shocked when I went to purchase one and they were all sold out so quickly.

I am pretty certain you are wrong about it having the highest profit margins. The best profits on the least amount of capital investment? Maybe, but that is not how profit margins work, it’s about total cost of operating the parks.
The problem with MA is they have the lowest revenue of the whole chain, and frankly it’s not even close, and in total profits they are either last or next to last.
I do think it’s about time for the park to see a big new ride, and I think an RMC Raptor would be a great fit.
They are last in profit made. But they are highest in money coming in vs the money going out. The margins are the highest. Lets see any other Cedar Fair park get the lack of investment this park gets and continue to maintain attendance

Do you think they're overdue for another bigger attraction? Do you think that'll give the park record attendance like Thunderhawk did?
Oh it would. The chain bought the park to not compete with Cedar Point. Cedar Point pulls so many people from Michigan.

Cincinnati themed coaster? The Bengal. A black and orange multi launched coaster. Kinda like how Fury is loosely themed to the charlotte hornets
Kings Island 2021 Questions

I went to parks last year that required them and some that did not require them. Parks like Mt Olympus and Adventureland did not require them and I did not feel any less safe then I did at a place like Kings Island. I think each person has their own feelings on if they need them or not
