  1. Dont like the music...stick an IPOD in your ear lol! I never really pay outside music at theme parks much attention but I do remember the soundtracks paramount parks just to have. Ohh and no one can ever forget the jurassic music pumped throughout that island at IOA.
  2. I honestly dont see a sit down resturant working in an area of the park that has less hours than the rest of the park as well as a limited season...but thats just me.
  3. Huh...just because one park gets a coaster doesnt mean the other parks are on the chopping block!?!?
  4. You must have never been to a six flags park then lol...I think dishonesty would be if they were advertising a brand new 10 looping coaster "now open" then when people pull up to the gates...NOTHING!! Just because coaster isn't working doesnt mean the park shouldn't stop selling things that pertain to that coaster/ride. So how do you feel about a park selling stuff about an atttraction they announced for the next year? This would be different from running ads that feature a coaster whose opening has been delayed while not mentioning the delay exactly how? I just want to see der fairness in this. 1: the coaster is built but there is a delay 2: coaster advertised as opening this season and when you pull up no signs of a coaster... I figured it would have been easy to understand when I stated "when people pull up to the gates...NOTHING!!" as in no coaster at all...

  6. You didn't hear...they were headed to paramount's carowinds. everything that gets remotely close to that area of the park is fair game for carowinds to snatch it up. I mean look at what happen to the flyers PWNED!!1!!
  7. If you come to carowinds you can see them too!
  8. Dang...and I didnt get to ride it w/ the loop... Jarvis "wonders if it will count as a new credit to some now lol" Morant
  9. You may want to hit the coaster as soon as you get there because it got below 40 last friday when I was there As far as MM...
  10. I understand what you are saying however its pretty obvious to see that something is different from something else. Just like saying that rock n' roller coaster is based off FOF in some retrospect yes and the same can be said that FOF is based off if space mountian. What im saying is that they arent the same rides. Same company but different rides.
  11. ^ no geek fight lol... what im saying is that he just isn't in "the know" he is " the know". He has been w/ the park for many years and has no reason to either lie about the situation and cover it up. If you ever met him you would know that if he knows something he will either 1) tell you if he could 2) let you know that he cant comment on it. Quite frankly he keeps it real!
  12. That was not just a park rep that was Scott Anderson who just happens to be the Marketing and Public Relations Manager.
  13. I don't know you, but I'm assuming you keep going back to fearfest right? Because you were upset(maybe I'm using the word to strongly.. is "moved" better?) that hauntguy mentioned some similar traits to HHN that need to be fixed to pki.. but what does pki have original? honestly? Every haunt there I can think of another haunted house in the local area that is the same thing, but is much better. Fearfest only came out in 2001.. err 2002? Not really sure. Curse of the Crypt was original but they got rid of that. uhhh...never been to fearfest never been to PKI for that matter. What I was saying is that almost word for word what he was suggesting was based on HHN's scheme of things and how they run their event. And I do keep going back to SCarowinds sinply because its different from HHN and HOS at busch gardens tampa. If they all had the same game plan I would only go to HHN simply because it would be done better there... To clarify what I mean is he stated a daytime backstage tour. That would probably take all of 15 minutes at a haunt like fearfest because the difference between that and HHn is universal IS a movie studio park. They have the prostetics (spelling??) and huge costume rooms whereas most other parks just depend on face paint for their scares. They basically build their HUGE houses in soundstages whereas haunts like fearfest use existing buildings. Im not trying to knock anyone but what he is basically saying is that, in a nut shell, make fearfest the same as HHN!
