I remember when Lil Bow Wow was there. PKI let him eat in the dressing room in the back of the Festhaus. He asked that one of the associates deliver him a pizza. When the young lady returned half the workers at the Haus gathered around her and pretty much refused to work until they heard all about it. I also remember hearing that Janet Jackson was in the park that same year. I think she had a concert in Cincinnati and had stopped by the park. I also remember one year that Ken Griffy came and I was the supervisor at Okt. Gardens. My manager had us open back up after we'd close so that KG and his crew could eat. I also saw Jalen Rose at the park a couple of years ago shooting at the basketball game in Coney mall. He won basketballs for everyone with him. I also remember when the survivors came to the park. I personally delivered bottle water to "Kentucky Joe" who got voted off third from last in the first survivor. I also saw the first and second place girls pull up in a limo later that year.

If the park had Sbarro's instead of Larosa's, you'd be waiting quite a while longer to eat. Part of the reason for having Larosa's is due to the ease and quickness of making it. It would take a little while longer to make New York style pizza.

oops, sorry, didn't notice that was an older article. And PKI security is always tight, the only difference on grad night is the number of police.

I hope we get a new stand up, but hopefully nothing like King cobra. More like something taller, faster, and more thrilling, with better inversions and a longer track. I do hope they bring back the bunny hills though. I'm positive that KI will get another stand up. Will it take 10 years like it did with The Bat and Top Gun...who knows!

GRAD night is awesome. I worked it my sophmore year and I attended four years (9, 11, 12, 1st yr. college). It's tons of fun, if you from around the area, you see lots of people from your school and there's usually a lot of school spirit with people wearing their senior shirts. My favorite has always been the party in the Festhaus. They have a live DJ and it's like a big night club. Security is usually pretty tight. I've had two friends get arrested by undercovers in the parking lot for having Marijuanna...two seperate years. But the Cincinnati Enquirer claims that security is going to loosen up this year...Grad night security. Most schools sell tickets, but if you live in the Dayton area, there's a record store on the corner of Gettysburg and Hillcrest that usually sells tickets. I think it's called 14 carrot gold record store. I wish that I could go this year, but If I went, I'd be that old creepy guy that goes to highschool parties

yes, they took the track out of the other side and I do believe they plan on taking that whole half down.
