  1. It's at the top of the calendar page.
  2. Congratulations on the upcoming second child @CoastersRZ I am probably going to attend again this year, but am thinking of skipping HoliWood Nights this year. As much as I love HWN and Holiday World, doing two enthusiast events in less than a month is always a lot of work.
  3. This issue has crept up again. Chromium 71 on Arch Linux and Chrome on Android 8.
  4. On the subject of the shirt pictured several posts up, you can get it here... https://cincyshirts.com/products/need-for-speed
  5. Minor issue, but up at the top of the page, if you click "+ Create" then choose "Topic", the list of forums you can select from shows forums that aren't even visible to me. I can't actually select them since I can't post in them but I would think this would at least limit it to things I could actually see.
  6. @Oldschool75 There aren't any images in your post above.
  7. My former coworker's brother (who I believe is the grandson of the guy who shot that Fessler footage) posted some of it to Facebook in 2017 and more to YouTube last year.
  8. LKN Mini Golf in Cornelius is highly rated on both Yelp and TripAdvisor (under the name "Lake Norman Mini Golf"). It's about 30 minutes north of Charlotte according to Google.
  9. Hopefully this will go chain wide. Also shouldn't it be "trying" and not "tearing"?
  10. Right now I'm planning to do two full days at both CW and KD, though that could change if I decide to throw a trip to BGW in there as well...
  11. I actually did consider a trip out west next summer (SFStL, SDC and WoF) but decided a Carowinds/Kings Dominion trip would be more affordable, plus I've been wanting to hit those parks for a long time.
  12. Looking forward to visiting Carowinds this summer (planning a Carowinds and KD trip in July, with a possible stop at BGW as well depending on time and finances)
  13. It is $6 now (for ages 12+). https://cincinnatiusa.com/things-to-do/attractions/carew-tower-observation-deck
  14. They worked that out a while back. They're going to build a pier off the floodwall then put the wheel on that instead: https://local12.com/news/local/newport-officials-approve-sale-of-bonds-for-skywheel I haven't heard anything else as far as when construction is supposed to start though
  15. I'm wondering how many people are aware that the software actually works well on mobile devices. I don't see much of an issue with the mobile experience myself.
  16. I didn't notice that before I posted the link. Unfortunately I don't think there's a way to get around their paywall.
  17. Six Flags deal for SeaWorld unlikely, industry vet says: https://www.coaster-net.com/news/six-flags-deal-for-seaworld-unlikely-industry-vet-says
  18. Some kids do care. My oldest niece (who will be 3 in a few months) is obsessed with Snoopy. She's got several stuffed Snoopys and loves watching The Peanuts Movie, even though she's not old enough to understand most of it.
  19. I've been several years now and it's a lot of fun. Definitely one to go to.
  20. The theme for next year's HoliWood nights is Airtime, a takeoff on the movie Airplane!. More info at https://www.holidayworld.com/wp-content/uploads/HWN2019.pdf
  21. This could be interesting... https://www.cbsnews.com/news/seaworld-shares-surge-as-six-flags-said-to-be-interested/
  22. I for one am looking forward to riding those gliders again. I had great fun snapping them when they were at Kings Island.
  23. I live about 10 minutes from where Chester Park was, and there's nothing left of it save for a street. The only real reference to it is the name of the Cincinnati Water Works complex that occupies part of the former Chester Park site (it's known as the Chester Park campus). There was another topic about Ludlow Lagoon a while back:
  24. What's so bad about it? I've only stayed at the one in Mason (a few times for KIC holiday events) and thought it was a great place. I'm sure it would be more enjoyable if you had kids, but it was still a fun experience.
