Yeah I'm scared Thanks Bowser for agreeing with me I've read so many FearFest previews and it doesnt sound fun I just dont like Halloween Events at parks etc. because its always expensive and I really dont have that much to spend so I think I'll keep my money and get me kick ass costume last year I was Jar-Jar Binks.

I have to comment the topic of this ugh topic is really bothersum FearFest 2006..6..6.. dont you all know thats the mark of The Beast? I HIGHLY doubt I go to FearFest because I strongly dislike Halloween events like FearFest but I will admit I was thinking about going this year but all this numbers talk and the info that I've read about FearFest has really turned me off.

Hanna-Barbera!!! All the way!!! I admit do love spongebob squarepants but I love The Flintstones,Jetsons,JabberJaw,Scooby-Doo way more I will never forget the happiness HBL brought me.

I think it needs some tweaking I dont smoke and I dont want to be near a smoker in my opinion the rule needs some enforcing.

I've seen Snoopy and Woodstock plushies at PKI... I think some members have the right idea Snoopy has always been BIG I say add in Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang to Kings Island with Scooby Doo and Nick... FYI Nick has only bought 3 years worth of New Spongebob Squarepants Cartoons and that includes a second movie deal.

Why Not? I think Camp Snoopy would be better than what we got yeah NU is nice but I rather see Snoopy & Charlie Brown roaming the park and I'm sure we will sooner or later.

PEANUTS! I rather see Snoopy than Spongebob I say after 4 years well see Scooby Doo and Peanuts. And that makes me so friggin happy! RollerNut why you worried about Scooby Doo? He's doing fine with a New Cartoon titled Scooby Doo & Shaggy Too! starting this fall and with Scooby Doo 3:Scooby Doo's Puppy Years set to be released Fall 2007... Scooby is doin fine. I rather see Scooby and Snoopy than see Nick...

So I wonder what this means theme wise? I hope they add Peanuts Characters because I wanna see Snoopy and Charlie Brown roaming the park!!!

Thanks Scooby for your thoughts. Now Capt'in it could be done this reminds when people were dumbfounded when PGA annouced Survivor: The Ride. The Soundwave concept reeked man I mean they would play Rap and R&B and sorry but sharkguy doesnt listen to rap or r&b...why would CSI be better than Soundwave Just think about entering a Crimelab sloving a crime while in line and then having a dramatic car chase to catch the bad guy (better than the weak IJ:ST CHASE)...likewise a I feel it could be done if paramount parks get smart that is after all I've waited a long time to see a star trek attraction and yet nothing! After all I'm just giving my Two Cents doesnt mean it will happen.

I think if PKI really wants to retheme FOF they should retheme it to the hit CBS DRAMA.. CSI.. they wouldnt have to do much work just retheme the UFO and the rest of the theming ..make it look like a crime lab.. CSI:Flight of Fear or CSI:THE RIDE... just giving my two cents....

I hope they remove 110% of it, and for the Paramount Story, they need to burn that area and call in the HAZMAT crew. Once it is cleaned up, open a memorial about how a corporation wiped its A$$ with an amusment park. It will take the new owners hours upon hours to clean up that crap (theming and the Paramount name)! Toilet paper anyone? Don't Squeeze the Charmin! -adam12 Really??? I honestly love what paramount has done and I hope the theming stays just admit it without paramount the park would be lame and boring.

Really because I just read that the themes will stay while the new owners pay paramount $$$ for using the themes-but I agree who knows I like Pki because of the themes now if only we could see an addams family themed ride or a sky capt ride.

I for one love that touch that PKI or rather paramount added to that ride PKI needs more heavily themed rides like TR:TR and I for one am glad the paramount themes are gonna stay in the park after the park is under new control. Complain all you want PKI has really proved to me that they can theme well enough to stay a Family theme park just look at Nick Universe. Cry all you want but I'm happy to have Movie-themed park near me because some us of cant always drive to florida and I am happy to have PARAMOUNTS Kings Island in my neck of the woods.

I'm thinking FoF will bite the dust here soon after all I just hope what ever may come it will be heavily themed. I just hope it isnt MTV related or themed to one of Tom Crusie's paramount movies I just dont like that guy. I hope its a dark ride/coaster I really loved that concept of an addams family coaster I hope they go with that theme..eh sorry for the rambling I just feel PKI lacks a spook house that the whole family can enjoy now I adore Scoobys dark ride but I'd like to see that addams concept come to life at PKI and PKD now that would get me spending some cold cash in the park after all I rarely visit PKI I only go at least twice a month...if its a theme I'll love I will go even more so.

I for one wouldnt care if FOF was rethemed or what not...If PKI does remove FOF its for the best. Besides I go to the park twice a month it would be nice to see something with a great theme in that area.(Yeah the theme is what hooks me and gets me & my family in those park gates!)

I was going to ask the same thing about FOF losing its VIP slot on the map until I was told FOF days are certainly numbered I hear that Carowinds will be getting our FOF and PKI and PKD will be getting something very very large next season I hear our FOF will be closed mid-july. Its still a rumor at this point so Iam taking it with a grain of salt...popular or not anything can happen after all its Bizzness

I went on opening day yesterday and took my five year old with me.. Good -Avatar :The Last Air Bender this coaster totally blew me away it was a lot of fun! -Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera ..It blows Spongebob 3D outta the water my five year old loved it more than spongebob 3D! -The PKI Staff they were very helpful and friendly -The Merch lotta stuff to choose from Bad -The RestRooms smelled awful in CM -The Prices.. 10 bucks to park! Overall I had a great time and will be back again this summer ps..what happened to Spongebobs pineapple house...also the watermaze didnt look to be all the finished.

What a load of bullpies ! ! ! I agree with you uncle henry but ugh what about scooby doo he is still popular with the kids he & his pals are the 3rd highest rated character to be mass marketed I understand that some of the old classics arent as popular as they were but the 5-18 year olds of today know who the flintstones are I mean those characters are timeless I wish I could say the same about the jetsons. FYI-The reason JabberJaw(s) was ever created was because of the JAWS hype back in the 70's.

I will miss HBL tremendously! but HB is far from the animation grave yard. The Things I will miss the most will be The Characters greeting me and my family The Hanna-Barbera Go round with Jabber Jaw,Dino,Fred,Scooby,Yogi The Jetsons Jet Orbiters The Smurf Ride

Very Nice...NU looks great ! I still dont understand why PKI didnt get that spongebob boating school coaster maybe we will see that when scooby doo bids farewell and leaves his haunted castle.

Sorry but I disagree I much rather have KI as it was when I was a kid / teen back in the 80's/ 90's than have how it is now paramount doesnt up keep the rides I rode the new scooby doo dark ride this past summer with my nephew and trash was everywhere the wall paper was torn among other things..then when I rode The Beast kids were line skipping, cussing and why the heck do they have seat belts now? when I rode The Beast they didnt have seat belts and they didnt slam on the brakes during the hill drops...aww how I miss those days sorry but I really dont think paramount has done much yeah add they added couple of crappy themed coasters(IJ:ST) and what not. What I love most about what paramount has done is how they have used the rights to NICK I love NC now to be NU Reptar is a great starter coaster for tweens as was Scooby doos ghoster coaster. also I loved the smurf ride when I was kid that was the highlight of my park visits also I love how Winterfest was all about christmas...I feel the themes that paramount uses are like those that six flags uses..paramount goes the cheap route with most of the attractions.
