  1. Yeah, it got hit by lightning AGAIN... Surge protector please.
  2. Six Flags destroyed the place to the point where they still have bad attendance problems. It's going to take a long time for Cedar Fair to continue getting it out of the crapper.
  3. I think it varies widely. Six Flags generally allows it but SFKK was not. PKI usually allows it, and seat poaching*, but sometimes not. *Seat poaching is when theres someone waiting for your row, but you get out and take an empty seat after it loads.
  4. They were stopping video of SheiKra because they sell souvenir videos of the ride. it's really freaking stupid though...
  5. No rerides is a standard Cedar Fair policy. I encountered it at SFKK as well. It's annoying sure, but not that big of a deal. No cameras in line is just plain dumb. I would have filed a complaint.
  6. That's because Six Flags is really really dumb...
  7. Uhh. Max capacity is 60,000. 49,000 IS A LOT, and when the park has that many or more, it's VERY unpleasant.
  8. That's ridiculous. The highest person they could find negligent for that would be the maintenance manager.
  9. Coney Island has antique cars? WTF, when did that happen?
  10. But it's on PKICentral, IT HAS TO BE CORRECT!11!!!111!!one
  11. File a complaint? It's not the park's fault. Power outages happen. Breakdowns happen.
  12. They had a power failure yesterday the 24th during the afternoon. Some rides were down for a short time.
  13. Top Gun doesn't have a helix.
  14. IT IS NOT THE TRUTH YET. NOTHING a phone rep says prior to any official announcements is worth two craps. It's no different than getting info from a seasonal.
  15. A PR rep would not say that over the phone until after an official announcement was made...
  16. Uhh, Cedar Point keeps winning awards for their shows, and Cedar Fair is a much better company than Paramount Parks EVER was, at least after 1999. Oh, and most shows are lip synched. School of Rock and Tuned In are the two shows I can think of that DON'T use lipsynching.
  17. 07? Does it really take that long to build a game?
  18. Are we forgetting that some of TRTR's props, including the monkey room stuff and the big brahma, are the property of Paramount Pictures, and basically on loan by the park? It's gonna need major work, even if they keep the licence, because they'll have to return the props this offseason.
  19. Yeah but how would they send the refunds? Last I checked, they don't take down a name and address if you paid with cash at the park.
