  1. I think those are basic fixes that you mentioned. From what I understand KI(CF) is not interested in making a theme park, they prefer to keep traveling towards a amusement park. I am sure there are a lot of fixes around the park most just go unnoticed
  2. They do have a landscaping dept. lol
  3. Sparky I do not know if you were kidding about that but I happen to think that would be a wonderful idea for the park.
  4. Or maybe a new eatery, I will swap a new ride at KI for Pepsi products
  5. I still say Bring Octoberfest and the entrance to Coney back to it's glory days. So much room there to place a couple nice flats and it would fill that gap up.
  6. I disagree with that. Not every Intamin ride is like that. Vekomas break down quite a bit look at Tidal Wave.
  7. ^ Phiten is a much better word than fail. I hate when people use the FAIL , epic fail and so on.
  8. Why are people hung up on who makes a ride? Majority of visitors to a park have no idea who builds rides all they know it is fun and ride. Honestly the Gp for the most part does not care who builds it. Ask any unsuspecting patron at KI who made The Beast or even DB and I bet the answer you receive is KI.
  9. ^ I agree. I also do not like having to rent a locker just to ride.
  10. The red shirts are from the 70's and 80's? Not that I am aware of. Each area had themed uniforms and never remember those. - Rivertown- red, blue, green and or yellow white checked shirts with bluejeans. - Coney- red/white verticle candy stripe shirts with poly blue pants. -Hb- light blue shirts with HB cartoons all over them with blue pants or shorts. -Octoberfest- German attire Bring these back
  11. ^ When it is open, it has never been open when I have been there
  12. Not to mention when friction was applied they would melt and get shiney, such as on the slide it would burn instant holes...lol

  14. Kings Island used to have an awesome canoe ride.
  15. The injuries were not that many, maybe a burn here and there but nothing major. I am sure there were a few accidents but none that I can recall off hand.
  16. ^Actually they have a higher capacity than you think the giant slide in Coney always did, I know I worked it for a few years.
  17. Mad? No one has a right to be mad at what the park does. Sure I do not like certain things but to say someone get mad over it is just wrong. The entrance of Diamondback is actually on the edge of Rivertown but I do see what you mean by it running thru Rivertown. I will be the first one to say Bring paramount back. Not many people would agree with me. I suppose it does not matter who owns or buys the park there are gonna be things here and there that upset people. When I disagree with something the park is doing I try to remember it is not my park. It belongs to CF. I also remember when we have all the coaster buffs (which I am not) they have the right to want other things than me. One thing good about DB is you can see it miles away from the park and adds to the skyline of the surrounding area. Going to KI or any park is like having a drivers license it is a privilege not a right.
  18. Or more like: Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers; A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked; If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?
