funny I went to Cedar Point for the first time ever a couple weeks ago for 2 days and thought all the rides were alot smoother than most of KI's rides. We were there 12 hours the first day and about 8 the second and other than Mean Streak and Blue Streak which were a little rough (woodies after all) everything else felt great and we rode EVERY coaster at least once, most twice and a few 3 or more times. So after 20 hours at CP I felt great whereas after about 5 at KI I usually feel a bit beat up. I still enjoy KI but I prefer CP now but I'm still glad I have a season pass to KI. I'm 43 and I had never rode a coaster untill 2003 and have been to KI far more than anyplace else but to be honest CP was better IMO. Better coasters, better staff (nicer, more on each ride and seemed more into making everything fun) and I really liked the feel of the park, plus the area is beautiful with the water and everything. Like I said I still like KI but it's kind of like have a cute sweet wife and suddenly having a hot single chick on the side....lol. I know I'm an"newbie" and I'll probally get flamed but hey, it's a newbies point of view. I still really like KI and always will but my first love (KI) has been replaced by another.....lol

I heard from a great source (some drunk guy at Chipote who worked for NASA or something with letters instead of words, might have been DOC I dunno) that CF had bought right-of-way from Sandusky to Mason and was going to install "Top Fuel the Tram" to shuttle people back and forth from KI to CP.

1st ever season pass to KI 4 trips Vortex-16 Delirium-4 beast-8 SOB-1 too many Top Gun- 3 Drop Zone- 4 Avatar-first, last and only time Train-1 Scooby Haunted-4 Flight of Fear- 4 Racer backwards-1 Racer Front-1 Runaway Reptar-1 Fairly Odd Coaster-1 TRTR-2 Adventure Express-1 Bumper Cars-1 sponge bob show-1 pictures-1 (scooby haunted) food, 2 times in park, festhaus-1 and skyline-1, 1 t-shirt and 5 games not bad for someone who had never rode a coaster untill age 41 (2004) long story.... next up, Cedar Point the 26th and 27th for my first trip there!

buy Dansani Water and Cokes in the plastic bottle before you get there, they sell those at KI and you can carry them in because they can't tell if you bought it at KI or not, we carried Dasani in all day today without any problems and have done so on all 4 trips this year.

I bought mine at the Meijers in Richmond, Indiana and I've seen them at one time in the one in Muncie but I don't know about Indy area. Price was around $100 and we got a parking pass for $30, they also have 4-packs and one day admission tickets. Also try AAA, the one near me sells KI passes/tickets and sometimes they have a better deal.
