  5. Looks like they were waiting for the cherry picker to get in position and now he is ready. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Getting ready to raise the first lift hill sections! Also someone mentioned that Clifford is probably being assembled where the track is stored behind the trees. Actually Clifford would be assembled on the construction site near the lift hill. It’s pretty difficult to maneuver a huge crane that big around obstacles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Just PMed you it. It’s from the park’s website, but I just Googled it instead. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Some of the larger inverted coaster do have bigger inversions, but ride any of the smaller ones like the Batman:The Ride clones. The inversions are smaller and more intense. Talon at Dorney Park is another B&M inverted that is compact and intense as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. A floorless coaster is way different than an inverted coaster. Your feet a dangling over the track, where as an inverted coaster the track is above you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I’ve only been on one B&M flying coaster and that’s Superman: Ultimate Flight at SFoG. I actually like the vest restraints that B&M designed and I’ve never had a problem with them tightening up on me, especially on Banshee and GateKeeper. As for waiting in the final brakes while dangling, I’d rather have that than laying on my back at an incline and having the blood rush to my head. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. What about the B&M flying coasters? Am I the only one that likes them over the Vekoma Flying Dutchman? I didn’t care for Firehawk because while waiting on the final brake run, the blood rushes to my head and gives me a headache. Also I don’t feel secure with their restraint system too. I always feel like I’m going to fall out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. From the park’s Twitter page: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. It’s called shadowing, the sunlight is behind Don. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Do we know if Orion will have that B&M roar? Or will it be like Diamondback and Banshee almost very quiet? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Cedar Point is bringing back the paddle boat ride in 2020. https://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/2019/08/cedar-points-150th-anniversary-in-2020-features-new-river-ride-nighttime-midway-celebration.html And this is what Knott’s Berry Farm is doing for 2020. http://www.ocregister.com/knotts-celebrates-100th-anniversary-with-summer-long-family-reunion-in-2020 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. They have opened all three boxes at the park. The first one was at the fence Monday with the shredded “documents”, the second was near Diamondback on Tuesday talking about the length will be longer than DB. The third was yesterday at the Eiffel Tower regarding height of ride. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Collin, he was joking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Those group of footings are for the train storage shed and transfer track section. The lift hill will come out of the station like Diamondback and Fury 325. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. They can coexist, the trademark is so other amusement park chains can’t use it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Exclusive Ride Time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. There are permits and blueprints leaked online. They do show a giga roller coaster. The permit is a Notice of Commencement with a list of all those involved with the project. That includes Bolliger and Mabillard (designers of Banshee and Diamondback). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Chad Showalter just posted this on his Twitter page. This is just a screenshot. [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. The park should have someone with this in front of the construction fence. That will be a good marketing campaign. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. ^^ The only problem with the name Apocalypse is that Six Flags still has that name trademarked. https://trademark.trademarkia.com/apocalypse-85978789.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
