  1. I think it just depends on how "tough" the kids are mentally. Sure they can ride if they are tall enough, but If their only 22 months old, they could be permanently traumatized. Just wait until they are 3-4 until they go on coasters like The Beastie. They could get "messed up in the brain" and never ride another coaster in their life.
  2. I think they did it to scare off the crowd. They said they thought they saw someone where they shouldnt be so they hit the e-stop button... thats what I heard. It took about 30 minutes to get us out. I also thought it was fun... At least I was comfortable... The lines were actually very short for as nice of a day as it was. I think most people were at waterworks... The lines very very brief. The longest I waited was about 40 minutes for Delirium. That was when I first got there. Everything seemed to get shorter after about 11am. I also never really looked in the pond for goldfish so I had never seen them before. My bad...
  3. I guess so... It just rolls off the tongue...
  4. Our adventure started when some friends and I planned a trip to PKI. Yesterday morning we got in my friend's-stepdad's-Astro van, and drove to PKI. We arrived there around 9:45 and my friend had to have his pass made. That took ten minutes then we smoothly passed security and entered the park. We juked and jived the picture paparazzi and headed for AZ. First, we grabbed a back seat ride on SOB. About a 20 minute wait. Rough as ever... Overall a good ride. But I got spit on... I figured "Oh well" as usual... As we walked out the exit we headed to TG. It was closed... So we trotted over to Delirium. Waited about 45 minutes. It was really starting to get HOT!!! But it was a great ride. Very powerfull and lots of awesome views. I was getting thirsty so I bought some sprite remix and headed to AE. It was a walk on so we rode twice in a row. Fun ride. Bubba Gumps looks great. The scenery and theming was awesome. They even had goldfish in the pond. You could buy fish food for them and feed them. Nice touch. I thought it was cool. Walked over to The Racers... Rode recaR first... four times in a row... Once again I was spit on. Not too mad yet. I still had a good time. We skipped FoF due to the long line and rode Vortex. I recieved a beating today. It felt like I was being clubbed in the head. It hurt. It was still fun though... Not my best ride but still... We rode Shake Rattle and Roll twice then we got some extreme snappage on the Eagles. Good stuff. Beast was next. Walked up there and only had to wait 2 trains for back seat. Awesome ride. Nice and fast for the most part. They did run two sets of trims though. The new turn was smooth and fast. But I think I saw something but i'm really not sure. While I was going up the lift on Vortex, I looked over to The Beast's first lift and I thought I saw a second track under the lift. It was about 10 feet lower than the real one. I thought I even saw the sign at the end of it. It was probably the heat or something... But I thought I would mention it anyways. We had to meet for lunch at 2:00 so we walked to LaRosas and had some pizza and a fruit works. $7.75 for two tiny slices of pizza and a fruit works. Jeez man thats expensive. After we ate we disembarked again and headed to Delirium. Maybe a 20 minute wait. Another good ride. Top Gun was still closed so we rode SOB again. Very short wait. Headed for DZ. We got on in about 15 minutes. Freaky as ever. Face/Off had about a 40 minute wait... So we rode that. Front car this time. That was a first and probably will be the last. Im not the person to talk to about heights. I was a little scared. Still had fun. Walked over to FoF and we met some more guys in the hanger. By the time we left FoF we had a group of about 8 people. FoF was great as usual. The cameras worked and the aliens were cool. Went to The Racers again for about 20 more rides. Frontwards and backwards. Rode Vortex Again... Beast again... TR:TR was broken down... so we rode SDATHC. First ride I got a 1650. My scores stayed consistant throught the night. Rode Face/Off again and Dz again. Rode SOB again and Delirium. I cant believe we rode so many rides... Its crazy. It was starting to get dark so we went to ride The Beast. Waited about 30 minutes for front seat. Bad decision... The ride was smoother and all, but we were getting pounded by bugs... June bugs, gnats. Ate a few as well. Didnt really taste all to good but it was another good ride. We walked over to Face/ Off for the fiunal ride of the night. The ride started and we went through one way, came back down, and stopped between the loop and the hill I believe it was. They got out the big rising platform and took us out. We got half price admission for the next time we came, but we had passes so we gave them to our friends. Had a long day and rode alot of stuff. Had a good time. Im really tired right now so im gonna go. Ill fix this later when I'm of sounder mind. Sorry its so long.
  5. I also took the survey. I thought the lifetime pass was cool... But im not sure about the "monthly" passes. I like to draw out my trips over the summer...
  6. I've gotta get one also... retardo88@hotmail.com
  7. Interesting... Sounds Cool!
  8. It was up and running today. I rode in both trains and neither fell apart. You were lied to.
  9. Just about every time I go, they dont race. I think it is a driver issue. Sometimes they probably dont even care if they race or not, but I think they should. Thats why its name is "The Racer".
  10. Hands up on every ride. Sometimes I tell jokes to the people within a shouting distance. I hear ya about SOB STXBomber. The rain feels like needles being jammed into your face. Its still fun though...(if you dont mind having needles jabbed into your face) I agree that PKI needs something new. Its always same old same old with big coasters. They have quite a few but im feeling the need for a new coaster at PKI.
  11. Thats a good question...
  12. It had to be embarassing for the guy in the picture...
  13. Yes, a gold pass and a gold season pass are the same thing.
  14. That sounds awesome. I'm would be more than happy to help out.
  15. I thought it was cool. You never know what works until you try it... so uhh.... shake that club.
  16. Yes, It is difinetly worth the wait. The line usually moves pretty fast. It's an awesome ride.
  17. Yea. Most schools get out on the 5th or 6th of June.
  18. If you can fit into FoF then you can fit into SOB. I'm not sure about the new lapbars, because they are not functional as of yet, but it might be a tight squeeze. Just think thin.
  19. Looks awesome. I hope it will be a decent movie for the Action Theatre. The last really good movie besides SBSP3D was Days of Thunder.
