  1. A dress code at Halloween Haunt? Did you go through Club Blood?
  2. I was wondering the names of the cast members for this show. Does anyone know? I was very impressed with them, especially the foul mouthed witch.
  3. I think Phantom Theater is probably my number 1, but I really really miss the antique cars.
  4. Does anyone know if you can still get tickets to KI for $10 with a Resort room during Halloween Haunt?

    Crypt dying?

they are not going to pay to move the Crypt over several feet. It is going around it. Just look at the blue prints in the 2009 forum, as said above.
  6. When I went to Fearfest 06, line jumping was horrible. I was in line for that headless horsemen haunted maze and atleast 15 teens cut into the line. The quality of that maze just added insult to injury. That maze sucked.
  7. A good family friend didn't go to KI with us because he was VERY large and couldn't fit on many rides. I think it is sad, but that made him lose 250 punds so that's good.
  8. Were you paid to say that? I don't think such a glowing review has been said of KK for 10 years.
  9. Music is a very subjective topic, which is why they should just play instrumental type music, like the techno. Playing bands on a ride would please a small fraction of those riding, as everyone likes different music. Just see above ^
  10. I was wondering, when did this nature trail close and what was it like? Also, I met this guy once that claimed he snuck into KI through the campground. Is this even possible and does anyone have stories of people being caught trying to sneak into the park?
  11. WHile I agree that many addicts suffer from depression caused by over-indulgence in alcohol or drugs, I was just saying that recreational drug users can be just as responsible as light drinkers. It just feels like the country is a little uptight these days and not everyone that lights up a joint every now and again is a hardened criminal.
  12. yes, but I was talking about recreational drugs, more specifically marijuana. I also said that alcohol is worse than marijuana, which is shown in your list above. You also said MANY of the people i mentioned died from drug abuse or alcohol, but that was only 2 out of about 20 people.
  13. the ride was done for, it was the first day that it opened to the public and i was on the 3rd or 4th train and after the rollback, the ride went down for a couple days and we were waiting in the station for about 4 or 5 hrs and they said that the ride was a no go and that they were really sorry, so they give us the passes because they told us to wait and see if it could be fixed and after 3hrs in line and on the platform for another 5hr or so there goes are day at CP and that is why they gave us the passes due to the fact that we wasted the whole darn day at TTD, Wow, according to you, that is (not counting your first wait in line on TTD) a 12 hour day at Cedar Point. Was Cedar Point really open that long on the first day TTD ran?
  14. Exactly the way I feel. As long as one can control oneself, it's ones decision
  15. Janis and John Lennon were the only ones that lived short lives.
  16. http://norml.org/index.cfm?Group_ID=7305 interesting facts about marijuana. and actually Janis Joplin is the only one on the list to die of a drug overdoes (not marijuana, it is impossible to OD on marijuana). Bob Dylan - still alive Pink Floyd - all alive but Syd Baret (died of pancreatic cancer from diabetes) The Beatles - John dead (shot) and George dead (lung cancer from cigarette smoking) Paul Atkinson of the Zomibes died of liver and kidney disease, all other Zombies are alive. Spenser Drydon of Jefferson Airplane died of colon cancer, pap John Creach of pnemonea at 76, all other member alive. One drug related death.
  17. Wow, I can't believe we kind of agree on something Deerhunter. I sometimes wonder why everyone has to be so harsh on drugs like marijuana, alcohol is much worse anyway. How so? Some people, not all, can enjoy alcohol in moderation and still function. This is not the case with marijuana, which immediately impairs your senses and can cause you to become a hazard on the road. Aside from driving, which we can all agree you shouldn't do whether you are drunk, high, or anything else, marijuana is not a contributing factor to domestic abuse, depression, or addiction the way alcohol is. There are many people that drink alcohol in a responsible manner which hurts no one around them, but the same goes for marijuana. Not all recreational drug users are irresposible half-wits. It could also be argued that marijuana and other recreational drugs can work productively unlike alcohol, just look at Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, The Zombies, Jefferson Airplane, The Grateful Dead, etc.
  18. Wow, I can't believe we kind of agree on something Deerhunter. I sometimes wonder why everyone has to be so harsh on drugs like marijuana, alcohol is much worse anyway. Ofcourse, those that use recreational drugs are a lot differentnow than they used to be. WHile the sterotypical marijuana user back in the late 60s/early 70s was probably a hippie, pretty innocent and happy and all, it is now frat boys (usually a pretty dumb crowd) and gang members (i don't think I have to say anything).
  19. You just proved your own point. Which meat would you say is the most healthiest?
  20. as I have said, an animal has just as much right to live as a human. The reason I chose the animal is because with that scenario, it is very likely that the animal in question, even if I do not hit it, would not have as long a life time as the child, assuming they lead average lives. I do not care about kids more, in fact I hate kids and I will never have them. I do have some pets though.
  21. it isn't the smartest idea to go around shouting about how you smoke weed on the internet either.
  22. While you can have your own opinion, you have still not gave us another reasonable & cost-effective solution to control the animal population. You did mention sterilization before, but that is not only not cost-effective, it is also not a reality. The animal would have to be caught by using a net, cage, or tranqilizer dart. According to your previous comments, I cannot see how you could support those methods. And even if one of those methods were to be acceptable, surgery could not be done because once the animal was released the stitches could be ripped out of the animal and it could bleed to death, or an infection could occur, and the animal would die anyway. I don't see how a birth control pill can be used since it needs to be taken everyday. And if you sterilize all the animals, how can they reproduce so that their species continues to live? Now lets's talk about food sources. If a reasonable solution cannot be found to control the population, then the animals will be multiplying at an enormus rate. What will they eat? We could not let them die of starvation, so now each citizen is responsible for feeding wildlife that has now come into their neighborhoods. And the state can't help out financially due to the loss of hunting license revenue, so now each individual citizen must pay to feed the wildlife. Also, since we cannot hunt anymore, farmers' crops have now been eaten by the excess animals which then will hurt people financially since the cost of food will be skyrocketing. When the animals go looking for more food, they will be crossing roadways. This will increase the amount of auto accidents and fatalities caused by animals. Since insurance companies only charge the comprehensive deductable when you hit the animal, the rest of the cost then comes from other drivers' insurance policies. Again, more cost. If the driver avoids the animal, and either control of their car and is involved in a one car accident, or, hits another vehicle, the potential for a fatality increases dramatically. I could go on and on, but I'm sure you get the point. The money collected from hunting license revenue directly benefits wildlife & education. Without that money, not only will it hurt wildlife, it will also hurt continuing education for generations to come. So by eliminating hunting, your belief is that those equal & innocent animals will be saved. But by also eliminating hunting you have hurt your family & neighbors financially as well as sacrificed animals to starvation. Now please explain the reasonable alternatives to hunting. Do you really expect me to have a solution? I am not a politician, and as much as I care about the subject there is nothing I can do about this, other than donating money to wildlife organizations and animal shelters, being a vegetarian, and occasionally convincing others to do the same. I also donate to PETA when I can, as a member. I will never thank a hunter for executing some of the most beautiful things in nature. I will also never thank hunters for the steadfastness in gun rights, but this is a whole other issue.
  23. wow, that is sick. I see you also have your picture of Woody Harrelson playing Mickey, the serial killer. Not suprising.
  24. Just what I always wanted, a pair of "Camel Slappin' Shoes". That is horrible.
