  1. I have to say Firehawk due to its LOW rider capacity. I have not rode Diamonback due to my thighs being too large(and i'm not necessarily a large person) so until there is ample thigh room to ride had I have to put this on my list of rides I don't like
  2. Good Luck finding a cheap place to eat there and if you do find a good cheap spot...TELL US!!
  3. Love Graeters!!!! Larosas...well....I feel like the quality has gone downhill
  4. Thanks for all the feedback everyone! Yeah I have to agree with the Interpreter...Since I have turned 33 I have had this "whatever" attitude about what other people think. So with that in mind, I think I will go before the season is up. I'm not going to let myself not go just because someone bailed on me or make my husband go and waste money because he won't ride ANYTHING. Thanks again!
  5. I didn't realize there is a KIC meet up section. I'll look into that. I kinda figured the only perk to going alone would be that you can do whatever YOU want to do at YOUR own pace without anyone giving you any crap.
  6. Just wondered if anyone has been to Kings Island alone and the experience they've had. Seems like the older I get the more my friends lose interest in going and my husband HATES amusement parks and never goes. I'm not sure when I'm going to go but I may end up going alone. So I was just curious to what people thought.
  7. O i'm going to pack a lunch this time a round. Gas is just TOO HIGH
  8. Yes I was there there and saw that guy that had the heart attack. I must say that once the ambulance got there, there was a lot of chaos. The emt's were arguing amung themselves as to who is going in the ambulance first, which way to put him in and the whole bit. He was turning blue and completely unresponsive. ( I was standing next to the ambulance) I think they could have handled that portion a bit better. The wife was yelling at them to get the ambulance moving. To me, it took them too long to get the ambulance moving. I sure hope that guy is okay. That was very scary. I almost didn't want to ride it after that, but rode FoF then went back to Firehawk. I hope somone can provide some updated info about this guy.
  9. I rode it the 4th and 7th of July and I must say the trains are much better. Nice a roomy and they don't have those stupid feet things like FoF. As far as the ride goes, it is still ROUGH. My lower back was hurting after I got off. It still wasn't as rough as The Beast though. As far as the loop being removed, I don't think it took away any of the "thrills" . Trust me, for those who love to get thrashed and bashed around, there are plenty of "thrills" left.
  10. Hands down, Adventure Express It make me feel like this : ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  11. I appreciate the help. In Feb, I was 286lbs, so I'm losing weight, not only to feel comfortable riding, but for my health. I work out a lot an things are turning into muscle. Yeah, I know Cedar Point is real strict, so I won't be going there. I just wanted to know if I was waisting money by going to KI and not being able to ride anything. If there are any ladies with my size out there that can give advise to me... let me know as well. Thanks!
  12. I Wear A Size 22/24 I'm Have a 38" waist, but a 54" hip
  13. I've Got a Question. I havent' been to an amusement park in 5 years and I'll be going to Kings Island on the 4th of July. I'm 5'9 and weight 268lbs. Will I have any trouble with fitting on any of these roller coasters. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
