I think I remember seeing some of these people at Halloween Haunt

Top Gun is probably one of my favorite KI rides. I love how the cars whip into the turns....no coaster like it. It's still one of the only coasters that can make my eyes water

The whole early ride times is garbage/not worth it. The special parking for gold pass holders isn't even enforced.....anyone can park in them. There are no benefits unless it's a free upgrade - don't waste your money

I don't understand why the park is closed all september. I just found this out now I'm extremely upset. I understand they have to get ready for fearfest or w/e it's called this year, but the entire park shouldn't be shut down.

Are you nuts. The lines haven't been that bad all summer unless you could only come on the weekends. I've been to KI 14 times this season and just look at my signautre to see the # of rides I have ridden so far this season. Yes it has been hot, but I only went like one day when it was extremly hot. Sorry not trying to me be mean, but sounds like a poor excuse to not get your money's worth on your SP. I went 3 times this summer. Once on mon, once on tues, and once on wed. The park was extremely busy every time and the lines for everything was 1+ hour except Vortex

Now that the kiddies are back in school, I might be able to finally get my money's worth that I paid for this season pass, which I'll never do again btw. The heat + lines just aren't worth it. How busy has the park been on weekdays? Weekends?

Ugh..I can't wait until school starts for all the little kiddies. I've been to the park twice since buying my pass and it's been too crowded to even enjoy it...and these are on weekdays!

I guess the real question would be, who is buying and what are they willing to pay for. In today's market they may find that only a park like KI is interest to a buyer not MIA, or Valleyfair. Who knows. I just hope whatever happens it allows KI to become an even better park. You have to keep in mind that some buyers wouldn't be interested in the theme park itself, but the real estate. Like Macy's, some CF parks sit on extremely valuable real estate, which is what starts these rumors in the first place. In some cases the land alone is worth more than keeping a theme park on it.

Well CF still wants to be the best park business around, and selling the bigger parks won't help. Selling the smaller, more unheard of parks would.

I wouldn't listen to these articles so much. This is a lot of speculation. They did the same with Macy's a few weeks ago. If you recall correctly, Macy's just bought May Company a year ago, and it's too early to draw conclusions. The reason these come up is because someone who has too much time on their hands thinks of a company that could be turned around into more profit than what it is making, then they say a private equity firm would buy them out, because they're super rich to begin with. I wouldn't count on any of this.

I'm 5'10" 280 and I can fit on FoF. It takes some pressure to get the buckle to click, but it can be done.

You can easily fit in top gun if you sit in the front of the car. There is a ton more leg room in the front portion of the car then the back due to it's design. How did he not fit on Delirium?
