I think we would all LOVE to see that happen.

I wish Kings Island was like Cedar Point where the minimum age is only 14 instead of 15 because i would like to have a job next summer.

What I was talking about is that it was on the New for 2007 page. I know its not new i just wondered what people thought about rcdb having it posted like that and why not just keep it off the "NEW for 2007" page and just post as SBNO and then put Operating instead of making other people think its a NEW coaster for Kings Island. I would understand it if it was a "NEW" ride or a relocated ride like Firehawk but to just have it put under that page to me doesn't make sense if it is not a new or relocated coaster and i wanted to know what people thought of it.

Firehawk has been running both trains and both stations very well for a while now. SoB has had days with 1 train op as Firehawk51560 said but my advice is to go to Firehawk early because that is where the majority of the crowd goes and then hit up SoB because the line usually doesnt get too long and with both trains running it shouldnt do too bad but my advice is to hit both of them up early in the day.

Speaking of tornado warnings what happens if there is a warning and a spotting close to the park where would you go, or where would you be told to go? Ive always wondered this but i hope it never happens to me

I was at the park yesturday also and that storm was the worst ive seen while at KI and that has been for the past 8-9 years. If i had an estimate i would say winds were between 50 and 60 at one point and i actually saw it start to hail for about a minute or two. However the rain was not the worse ive seen i remember a couple years ago it poured for like two hours straight and there was flooding everywhere in the park and it sucked walking through there like that but i do feel sorry for all the employees that had to run for shelter in that storm yesturday and im glad i wasnt one of them.

Glad you hade a nice trip. I was also there today with my cousin and we got there at 9:45 and went straight to Drop Zone at 10 and got seats 1 and 2 as we had the first ride of the day and then went to SoB and waited for about 5,10 minutes IMO the blue train is rougher than the red train and i have always sat in the very back seat on the right side and it was a bit rougher but not too much. Then waited about 15 minutes and then went to Vortex and we were starting to get hungry at that point and just our luck the train before us had someone puke in the back seat so that really sucked to see although we got to eat our lunch. Then waited 50 minutes for Firehawk then 5 minutes for Delirium and a walk in on Racer. Rode Viking Fury just for the heck of it then waited 15 minutes for Flight of Fear and then waited one cycle for Drop Zone and capped our day off with a couple free samples of fudge. All in all great day but seemed kindve crowded for a Wednesday. Ill be at the park tomorrow and also Friday so i'll try to post a little TR for both visits

Beast crew has always been one of the greatest if not the greatest crews in the park and WWC has a good crew also. I have seen a couple times where AE crew was bad and just playing around and on Delirium you must have been there on a bad day or with a bad crew because i find them as another great crew in the park but with Racer i think everyone would agree that this is probably one of the worst crews in the park and i was at the park today riding racer and waiting for the ops to check my bar and the rest of them and the two checking had a race to see who could get there side checked faster and the lady on my side fell behind and started rushing and didnt even check my bar! I think that someone on that crew should step up and take responsibility for the fun and safety of the riders and teach the others how to properly check restraints and not goof around evrey 5 seconds. IMO they should have a superviser working at Racer so they dont goof off exactly like i see with Face/Off. Also Mikey Pop I also hope you continue to participate in the forums as you were expressing your opinion and others were expresing their own opinions to what you said i think most people are just tired of hearing the same thing being said over and over and over again.

I have noticed this but when it reopened back on the 4th they would let you but since it closed then opened back up again they wont let you and i dont understand why because what is the point of having the bins there if you cant put loose articles in them.

Back in like 2000 i got stuck with my mom and dad on Kenton's Cove Keelboat Canal before the final drop for about 45 minutes due to a technical problem in the station and then on Sunday my cousin and I got the first train of the day on SoB along with two other people and an employee who was test riding and we got stuck on the midway brakes after the rose bowl for 10-15 minutes due to something going wrong in the station.

I'll be there tomorrow and i'll get there at 9:30 when the gates open so i can make sure when they drop the ropes at 10:00 i can get the first ride of the day. Now i wonder how this will spread all the park guests around since every ride in the park is open and how long will the lines be for DZ, SoB, and Firehawk. I'll try to see tomorrow how the lines were for all 3 rides and ill post how long they were tomorrow night.

Me too im going on Wednesday also and want it open Boddah could know something we dont because remember he did get an email from Don Helbig saying SoB had reopened when it did back on Thursday and it also said that DZ wont be long so maybe he has an exact date but was asked not to tell us until it does open.

If I remember right it opened between 11 and 11:15 because i rode it at like 20 after 11 and there was barely a line for it and it stayed open until the down pours and lightning came through then opened back up around 5:45, 6PM.

If you want the smoothest seat then you want in one of the last two cars IMO but either way it would be a lot smoother then the front and you may feel like you are going a little bit faster also. If you only got one ride though, how do we know that the front isn't smoother then it was last week? Thats why i will be there tomorrow to try it again a few more times i would've rode it at least one more time but we had like a three hour rain delay and then i was really mad because when i had to leave that was when they opened the rides back up and i had the feeling that would happen to.

I was at the park today and rode it for the second time this year and the back is smoother then the front and the whole overall ride felt a lot better then when i rode the first time a couple weeks ago so maybe the week, week and a half of maintnence on the trains did some good because the rose bowl even seemed really smooth.

How is raising your arms in the dictionary of improper posture. I rode with the supposed proper posture by holding on and i did not have so much of an enjoyable ride and it wasnt anywhere close to a pain free ride but if i would've had my hands up i may have had a better ride experience on SoB.

That is awesome i am turning 14yrs old on 8-1-07 I am short so no making fun of me LOL I have also already RSVPed how tall are you? I am 4ft. 11in. or 5ft. I don't know exactly That sucks although i do know a girl in my school that is the same height but she is like 16 and my sister is 19 and she is probably only 5ft. 6in. and im 13 standing over her at 6ft. so its not too bad to see someone that age with that height

There were maintnence people at SoB today doing welding on the red train and more work on the uphill angled turn before the first helix

The rides that were closed today were Drop Zone and Son of Beast.
