  1. B&M inverted gigi-coaster, I think that would rock!
  2. A B&M inverted Gigi-coaster, the world needs one!
  3. Hey TransAm78, it was killer doing the rides with ya last night. Man we did a lot of wood! At the end of the day my count was 1 Racer 1 SOB(Last seat) and 4 Beast rides with the last 3 being right in a row! Am a little sore today but its all good! Hope to hook up with you guys again soon.
  4. I thought for this being something to let us all meet, do all these really cool things and do it for such a low price was incredible, you all blew me away, keep it up!
  5. It was Killer! Highlights for me for the day were, FOF tour, Beast tour, the dinner, the ERT on The Beast with 2 run thru's. Also, I made a few new friends out of this, which was killer and the funniest moment was when we were waiting in line for SOB. Me and everyone else in line watched these 2 teenaged girls line jump everyone only to get to the front, get ratted out by everyone and then thrown off the ride while everyone clapped and all the 2 girls could do was give everyone the finger! I wish I had my video camera!
  6. Well this hits at home with me, I have some people in my family that takes the whole handicap thing to a new level. Many abuse it. Now I will just say I'm not into being rip into on this forum like this. So I'm just going to shut up. All I said was how it get's to me a little I never said anything like death to all handicap's. Get a grip.
  7. Your getting me all wrong, if there truley handicap I can see it, like 2 weeks ago at KI I saw a young boy I would say about 5 or 6 that had 2 fake legs, and was walking on them. I would galdly give him my spot, but like the overweight dude at The Vortex jumped out of his wheelchair quicker then I can get out of The Vortex.
  8. Just one little thing that gets me a little steamed. What's up with all the "Handicap" riders who can't stand in line with the rest of us but have no problem getting out of that wheelchair so they can steal my spot! Mental handicap don't cut it with me. They slowed up the line for me at Vortex and The Beast.
  9. The Beast has a way of sucking you in! I got real heavy into coasters last year and one Sunday morning during Nick-or-treat I rode it 12 times in a row.
  10. Well I was there, got a few rides in. What's up with the lights on in the first half of The Beast's helix? Sonny-boy was running too but with only the blue train running.
  11. Well Cedar Fair has had some problems this year with running coasters in the rain. I was at Cedar Point yesterday and with a very light drizzle they shut all the coasters down. I'm loading my car now, if anyone wants to say hey, say something to a tall white guy with sunglasses, kinda going bald, a green 7 up shirt, and black shorts. That be me, see ya at the park.
  12. As far as I'm concerned they can sell GL, that park is dead. But before they do I think they should move "Dominator" to Kings Island, its a fun coaster and after all it is the worlds longest floorless coaster. I would really like to see them use Kings Island to it's full potential. I personal think is the best amusment park in Ohio. So as long as it doesn't turn into a other Cedar Point, there something about that park I don't like. Don't get me wrong they have some killer coasters and I been flexing my Maxx pass there but something there just rubs me wrong, maybe it's becuase it always seems packed to the max. Kings Island even when it's a full house seems to still have some breathing room.
  13. Ya my personal favorite part of the nuetering of Mean Streak is the fin brake on the first drop, if you ask me it's lame, lame and ... oh lame.
  14. I'm still waiting for a inverted-giga coaster! I know that won't happen anytime in the near future, I know we are on the down side of the big coaster building of the 90's. Geauga Lake is dead so maybe next year they might move "Dominator" from there to Kings Island. That's a fun coaster. One other thing, I hate Italian Stunt Junk, I have rode more thrilling coasters at the State Fair!
  15. I been on Sonny-boy twice now this year (second time was yesterday morning) and I still say for such a large woodie I feel it is really smooth. So what if you get banged around a bit in the rosebowl, what do you want. My buddy and me both agree that "The Beast" helix is more hard on the body, but it something everyone has come to expect. SOB will never be as smooth as a large steel coaster, you can't be what your not! If you really want to try a painful pile of wood, ride "Mean Streak" at Cedar Point. Even with all the neutering they done to that coaster it's still hurts and not much fun. One thing I do feel Sonny is missing is tunnels, Daddy has them. Putting one where the loop use to be would be smart if you asked me. I know there still working out the bugs on that ride but they need to do something with that big hole there, to me it looks , well kinda stupied!
  16. it's not just any rollercoaster!
  17. Well this could all be easy but Kings Island has other idea's I RSVPed and bought my tickets this Sunday (July 15) and had them mailled to me. I used the link at the begining of this topic. I got my conformation by email from both Kings Island and KICentral. My tickets showed up yesterday in the mail. On my bill it say KI Central.com Adult Picnic, and here is the real funny part... The date for the "Picnic" on my tickets is July 11 2007! I called Kings Island about it, and as always they seem pretty clueless about everything, but was told just bring the bill that says KI Central.com on it and my tickets and I will be fine. About the only thing that match's is what I paid...16.95 times two, for I bought two tickets. Oh and my name is right on the tickets!
  18. Hey, it was a rough 8 days of wear and tear! Ya, I can't wait to see how it rides at Fear Fest! Might be the first wooden flying coaster!
  19. I'm still waiting for a inverted giga-coaster, you know seats like the Raptor but with a 300 foot drop, with Kings Island having so much room with trees and hills I bet it would kick some butt there.
  20. Me and My best friend/riding buddy were going to be at Cedar Point that day, but we are changing are plans, ordered are tickets today. I'm looking forward to this. We just got deep into coasters about a year ago and we have never been on anything like this. We are both looking forward to it, when I told my friend about it while we were at Kings Island today, there was a big smile from ear to ear on his face. I'm also looking forward to meeting some of you people that I have talked to on these forums off and on for a while now.
  21. I think high gas prices are the main reason. I know it isn't good for the park but I kinda like it empty. I get a lot of riding done on Sunday mornings.
  22. I was once asked from a couple of young women while standing in line for Flight of Fear, "Is this ride fast?"
