If they reuse the loading station, and head east and upwards, the firs drop could curve around to behind The Beast and venture into the deep near the Little Miami River. That area is dense with woods.

Maybe there will be enhancements for the train ride this year. Still looking forwards to Winterfest. I love how they are going all out By expanding.

Just checked out the morning visual for the Diamondback webcam and the train ride looks to be getting a bunch of sparkling lights near the MT turn around.... although these could be the neighborhood across the way. I guess we’ll find out soon.

Originally it was in the north skyride building which was located to the left of the AE entrance. And maybe now, in the Firehawk station (per Chad), it’s more likely that the Firehawk station will become a haunt for a minute or two.

Or a new skyride station. I wonder if a straight line were tracked from the station south, where would it end up?

Ooo! I like that idea too! Maybe one that dives into a dark ride building. With lighting and stobe lights, maybe kind of like the Mummy ride at Universal.

jeesh using the train round trip from Rivertown to Dorms to Soak City would take an hour...lol! Maybe they could build a shuttle like at the Cincinnati Airport. Zip and you are there...do it partially underground with a station behind Invertigo for employee only access.

Great idea! I wonder if they still hold the copyright for the name? It would be cool to have a Dark Castle type ride there as well. Maybe update Congo Falls to an indoor ride themed to catacombs. Maybe rename Invertigo to Hangman’s Noose.

I like that idea. They could improve the area with cobblestone pavers, Castle facades and flags.

With Canada’s Wonderland getting Frontier Canada themed area and Carowinds getting Blue Ridge Junction, do you think Kings Island will get a newly themed area? So, to speculate: 1. Could Kings Island get a retheming of a current area? And what area do you think Kings Island needs the most retheming? 3. Could Kings Island get a newly themed area? And what would they theme it to? if a single area in Kings Island needed to be rethemed, I think Action Zone. Since Paratmount left the park, I think the name still kind of points to action movies, They could retheme it to some medieval fair. if they were to get a new/ quasi-new themed area, X-Base could be themed to an alien invasion with cool extreme European flat rides.

I’m more excited to see how KMAA will be used for Haunt and Winterfest!

I agree. Also, the Eiffel Tower is the centerpiece of the park, I don’t think it would be esthetically appealing to upstage the tower with a coaster.

If they are weighing cost and content, HHN is by far the best or second to Hallowscreams in Tampa for content and scares (cost is wayyyyyy too much for HHN at $189 for one night FOL pass and extras. Attractions aren’t rehashed year after year). KI could be best for cost. If not for Gold Pass admission, I think Haunt would drop a few points. Plus the attractions... well let’s just say, I come for the new stuff and leave. No need to revisit something I’ve seen a hundred times in the past.

I think The Killmart building would make a great Bengals Sports Club. For food I would like to see paninis and blooming onions.
