I found that Reds Hall Of Fame Grill is cheaper, and you get alot of food.

When i went to KI yeasterday for a season pass, Kings Island Inn was still standing. It looks like they are clearing out the rooms and areas right now. The only thing that was torn up was a divider that went to the lobby and some rooms. I just can't see apartments being in that spot due to the freeway noise. If they are going to build them, then they are going to have to build some sort of noise reduction wall. The area needs more hotel rooms then anything. With Kings Island Inn now closed, the other area hotels will be booked full. When was the last time a new hotel went up in that area? Super 8 can use that area for a new hotel. The one they have now is just too run down. I know that there are other hotels down the freeway.

Really? Brakes? Safety systems? Superstructure? By all accounts, the ride ops on Son of Beast were super. And yet, the structure? How's that ride doing for 2015 anyway? Terp, who likes to ask questions. You can have all of those things, but the ride ops are what make the coasters go. Without them, you can't do anything but sit in the station.

The ride ops are the most important part of any coaster.

I'm not sure what you mean. I'd still be upset if KI closed then. Geauga Lake was one of the oldest, most storied parks in the country. I had searched one of the Geauga Lake fan sites and seen the posts. Some people went as far as to make shirts that had some wording on it that was pretty bad.

You have to make your themepark job fun in order to love it. You can't just walk into Kings Island to work and say that it will be a cakewalk when it won't be. That is alot of people's downfall.

Cedar Fair isn't really big on making any major updates to it's waterparks. Soak City at CP is in need of a major upgrade. The Geauga Lake rumors have been around for years. And the funny thing is, people are still mad about what happened. The main park closed almost 8 years ago or so didn't it? And you can't really count on Screamscape for news either.

Where would you put it or what would you do with it?

I heard the same thing, but who knows. The park does a petting zoo for the kids Halloween event every year in Soak City.

You can't really do much with Soak City due to how the woods are next to it, the high voltage power lines and the parking lots/road. You can barely get though Soak City on busy days without walking on top of people now. And having a machine next to the wave pool can be for anything.

It really depends on the day that you go. Some days FastLane will be worth it...other times, not so much. But I do often wonder why Congo Falls has as many switchbacks as it does. I seen some guy using Fastlane last year on a weekday when every ride in the park had less then a 5 min.wait.

I'd personally say Adventure Express is the best roller coaster in the park, but whatever... Eh, I could name a few attractions that take both of those bad boys down anytime! I hope you guys have an amazing time working at Kings Island, I remember my first year, and it was a blast. Now, being a semi-veteran of the park, it's always great to see old faces back at the park, and to interact with the guests at a level only Cedar Fair's Kings Island could bring to the table. I look forward to working with you all, and the others who applied to Kings Island! -BB1 I will be working Haunt again this year along with working Snoopy's Halloween Party.

According to the article, Mr. Herman didn't attempt to Cancel his. He just didn't read the fine print and got mad when they wouldn't refund him after he went 8 months without keeping tabs on his credit card account. As for my 12 year old, she said that while she has not tried to cancel a SeaWorld pass she knows to keep a closer eye on her bank/credit card statements than the man in the "Lawsuit". People will sue no matter what. We live in a sue happy country

Year books are too much time and money.

I am betting that the Wi-Fi that Kings Island would need could require a tower due to how the park is designed.

I am betting that the Wi-Fi only goes so far until it goes weak.

Sadly, those auto plants can close at anytime if the market for cars goes down, or the companies lose money.

People are selling park maps from last year too. Not sure why.

I would like to see Timberwolf get a major overhaul though. It's hard to tell when the last time the stage had anything major done to it.

The park should of had guards walking around. The parks have them even though they are closed.
