REALLY?!?! Wow that is crazy! Was it mostly students there for math and science day or was it just the general public?

Probably not considering Mason isn't going to get very much rain in the afternoon. Also it's Math and Science day at the park again tommorow so there should still be a pretty decent crowd there mid afternoon, and probably more will come once they get off school and work. I might be going tommorow so I hope not.

Well i'm sure it is a whole lot easier to take and existing ride and move it to a new location, rather than having to design a whole new ride and figure out where to put it. Also FH is all contained in one area so i'm sure that made things simpiler than if it was somthing like MF at CP where it is all over the place.

I didn't eat for 8 days and ended up losing like 15 pounds.

I never got to ride it with the techno but so i can't honestly say. But i think the current music is more fitting.

Getting stuck on some rides would be cool, like Drop Tower , and TTD at the top, although im sure equally as frightening. But, I wouldn;t want to waste my time being stuck on less exciting rides, which seems to happen more so than getting stuck on anything worth getting stuck on.

they already have red lights in the fountain, but the skeletons would be a very nice addition lol

Which sign is gone the arch, or the one outside the Zepher by one of the games, or both? I havn't even noticed.

Question about this splash down, so do the riders actually get wet? Or is it like Backlot stunt track? And I was looking at Sheikra's splash down, and is it the actual coaster that splashes the water or is jets like Backlot stunt track? Either way it's a cool feature!

I'll ride anything, but I also have yet to ride the slingshot. It's definantly on my list of things to do this season!

What are you seeing that makes you think splash down? I havn't ever been on one except backlot stunt track but that isn't really a splash down, so I wouldn't know what to look for. Are you refering to those wall/concrete mold structures?

I heard that the wind at CP is so bad that it is going to knok over TTD so they are going to bring it to KI

I never started riding coasters until the spring of 06 when I went up to CP with my youth group. Before that trip the biggest thing I had ridden was The Beast. When we got to CP everyone wanted to go on TTD first, and so we did. Waiting in line me and my fried agreed that we were going to sit next to eachother, which made me feel a bit better about riding it, but I had a massive fear of hieghts so it didn't help too much. But when we got up to the coaster he went first and strapped in and it wasn't until after that he realized that the seat next to him was broken, thus giving me no place to sit. We asked the ride attendant if he could get off but she said they had to keep loading cause the line was so long. So in short I ended up having to ride my first huge roller coaster, TTD, with someone I didn't even know. So my advice is just do it, after that ride I had no problem riding anything else. And like people said earlier MF is probably scarier that TTD cause you have time to process what's going on as you are going up the lift hill. But on TTD the scariest part is the anticipation right before you get launched, after that it's all over in a matter of seconds.

I don't think that it's the food that sucks, I think it's really just the prices. The quality of food seems about the same to me.

I don't think that it's neccasarily technical bugs, but I think they don't open it because it's still a work in progress. When I went on the 2nd it was closed until it started to rain and the roller coasters started to close down. Probably the only reason that they opened it was to get some people to stay in the park. And when I rode it nothing mechanicly seemed wrong, but the themeing was lacking and if I were CF I would be slightly embaressed by it, which is why I think it is closed so often, but I'm sure technical failures are part of the reason too.

Haha the TVs have always looked crappy and you can hardly see the screen but I doubt if they will take them out. But my thoughts on Firehawks paint is that probably because they painted directly over another coat of paint from x-flight that it didn't adhere to the ride as well as t would have if it were a new ride. Also KI has never really used ride wait time signs, your best bet is to ask an attendant at the line entrance, that is if there is one.

Yeah! And did you notice there was an elevator and a steel floor there to! I thought it was made out of wood and you had to walk up stairs. Well I live right down the street from the park so the Eiffel Tower isn't one of those things i do everytime i go. Once you've gone up it one time you've done it a thousand. And I can honestly say that I don't think I had ever been to the bottom observation deck before. The only reason I will be going up this season is to check out the construction.

Huh, guess I've just always been to the top since before this year. The two times I've been up this year they only took us to the lower deck. Never knew they used both. Thanks

Did anyone else notice the roof on top of the tower this year? Sorry if somone has already asked about it, or has it always been there? I could be blind.
