  1. To me, thrilling is something that get's my heart pumping and the addreneline flowing. DB, MF, TTD, The Beast, etc. are all extremely great, fun rides and I love rollercoasters probably more than nearly everyone my age. But rollercoasters don't get my heart pounding. They make me happy and laugh, but I don't get that "thrill" that I used to get when I was 8 years old riding rollercoasters.. WindSeeker filled my need for something thrilling! To me, sitting on a tiny little seat bumbing violently from the wind nearly 300 ft in the air on a brand new ride is 100x more thrilling than any rollercoaster I've been on since I was a little kid. There's just something about Drop Tower and now WindSeeker that makes those rides worth my time. Don't get me wrong, I'd ride DB or The Beast before getting on WS, but I, without a doubt, find WS a more terrifying ride than any of the rollercoasters at KI. I've been on it 3 times now.
  2. Love the old videos! I got goosebumps watching the SOB announcement, and an intense sadness when thinking I might never ride it again....
  3. One of my best friends is 6'8" and rides every ride at KI. Even Delirium. We have pictures of him standing next to the height requirement sign, clearly over the line, yet he gets on by slouching. He has yet to be stopped, or hurt lol. So if you really want to ride, just slouch past the operators. I'm almost positive their measuring stick at the booth is just for the minimum requirement, so they probably rarely check the max height. (IMO)
  4. Oh I remember some years ago when me and my friend went on Easter Sunday. I don't know how the park was opened because it hasn't been opened on an Easter since (I don't think atleast.) Basically, that was the greatest day I ever had at KI. There were no lines what-so-ever. Except FoF had about a 15 minute wait but that was honestly it. We walked on every ride, rode Vortex 4 times in a row without actually getting out of the train (this was the only ride they let us do it on, every other ride, the workers had us get out and go through the queues.) So my point is, Easter Sunday is the best day to go, that is if the park is open.
  5. For some reason I love getting stuck (as long as it's not 100 degrees.) It's just something about having a 20 min ride I love. I was stuck on Invertigo for 25 min facing down at the top of the first lift hill. It was scary at the time, but so exhilerating.
