You know, I just realized the T3 replacement actually could be a coaster. T3 is in that special line of zoning where Kentucky Kingdom can actually build at a decent height. They already have a freakishly tall slide.
Eurofighter or Premier launch coaster maybe?

From what I'm aware, the drone footage in this was taken legally and within the proper guidelines. Overall, the track is done, they're adding a bit more bracing to some of the later elements, and getting the queue and locker area finished (the ride has 2 stations a la Flight of Fear or Millennium Force). The red track with the black bracing makes it pop a bit more visually than some other red RMC's IMO. Also like the use of the old track as a nod to the original GCI.

I got the same issue with having to wait until the day before I go to BGW later in July, going with the better weather day if rain is a factor.

Other than the possibility of parts being scarce due to it being a rare model, I don't see how all these Invertigo removal rumors have any traction. Lack of capacity on its own isn't enough for me to see it going.

Joined a live chat on YouTube with Eddytainment, and he's pretty confident Grizzly will be open by Memorial Day. There's apparently trains on the track and much reprofiling by GG. It's also a smidge taller and steeper on the first drop.

I know this would have been unlikely, but I wish that history would have been kinder to Coney and that this area would have a small park similar to, say, a Knoebels, or a Waldameer, etc where Coney had like one centerpiece classic wood coaster and a bunch of classic flat rides and the like, obviously nothing at Kings Island's level, but a small alternative to KI. I really wish the Cincinnati area had a small park like that.

All stand ups have that, I meant that the ones on the Surf coaster can still bounce during the ride a little bit according to the animations.

King Cobra's seats did have a "give" to them to. It was most noticable in the loop. The seat would lower a little where your knees would bend. Of course this may have also been due to the forces experienced during the loop.
Must have not worked when I rode it or Shockwave because I never noticed it.

One thing I just noticed in the animation is that the seats have some give to them and aren't rigid, they bounce a bit. That actually sounds it might make it a tad more comfortable, but I'm still not buying it until I see reviews come out.

So vids from the HP faithful from this past weekend have me very optimistic. Track work should be done within a few days (maybe even tomorrow), they've done transfer track tests, I think the chain is on the lift, and now they basically just have to do clearance test and actual testing. I trust the HP fanbase a lot based on personal experience with some of them, and most of them are guessing Memorial Day or early June for an opening. If true, that gives it roughly a month for me for it to get as much of the kinks out of the way as possible before I go in mid-July.

If you were at the park this past Saturday, it was also Music In The Park Day where there were a lot of school music groups performing competitions, so many of the teen groups were from them.
