I'm finally heading to the park Tuesday, but I ran into a problem. The discount tickets here are for mid June. Can someone help me out finding a place to print out discount tickets? I would love any help that anyone can give me!

I always enjoy coming there because of the rides, the staff is always fun as well. It does suck that the only major park open in the Ohio area is CP. They're farther north too. I avoid Fri-Sun like the plague at parks.. So the best days for me would be anywhere from Mon-Thur. The weather is more than good enough for places to start opening on the weekdays. Oh well, I have time to plan for my trip May 30th.......

Well, I come down 74 to 275 around to 71.. Anyone know a Meijer that isn't too far out of the way for me to just stop there and get my pass? I'm also coming in on a Tuesday, would the season pass crowd even be that bad considering the time of week I'm going? Oh, I also avoid the exit's N and S of PKI, too busy. So those two are out of the question unless I have no other choice

Awesome, I'll probably do the Meijer thing, is it Ohio only? I'm in Indiana, so the closest Meijer is near Indy (west side of Indiana)...

Ok, I'm going for the season pass this year, just had a couple speedy questions.. Buying season pass at the park, or does it have to be online only? and is it the same price or more? Last year when I got my pass it was online, not doing it that way this year tho... Just wondering, thanks!!

Ok, I'm heading up to the park from Indiana to start my wonderful season. I'm coming up I-71, now, here's the problem, I need to find the waffle house near there! I've only found it once and that was a few years back. It's the best way to start off the morning, and me and my friend wanna find it again. I'm leaving for his place in Indy tomorrow afternoon, so I need help before at least 4pm OH time. If ya can, give me exact directions to get there. I know the area a little, not a whole lot. Thanks!

How busy was the park last saturday? (May 7th) I'm thinking about starting my season up the coming weekend instead of going to an anime convention. I hate dealing with lines, that's why I usually go during the week... Thanks

Great run at PKI, got to hang out w/ the ops, rode w/ one.. btw, if anyone that was running The Beast today and saw me (08/26/04) drop me a line. I was the guy with real short messed up hair, black INDYDDR shirt and black jeans on.. Really appreciated the stopping at the top of The Beast when I was riding with the op.. hehe, was laughing my ass off over that one. Well, i think that everything that could mess up on it already has... guess it didnt like hitting 162000, thats when everything starting going to hell.. other than that, oh, and the hub bearings going out (about 150 total to fix, my friend did that) everything's been fine... hehe

Well, after the car breaking down and getting fixed 400 dollars later, figured it would be a good time to abuse the season pass. So I jump in the car, blast counting crows and start the 3 1/2 hr trip from Greencastle IN. Arrived at exactly 10:01, started the day off with Delirium, moved out to SOB, next to no line, and of all things, it breaks down right before I get on. Something about the seats in one of the cars. Tried waiting it out for about 10 minutes, no luck, so moved back to Delirium, 1 cycle wait. Ran out to top gun, had about a 3-4 cycle wait, which is nothing. Cut right back around and did it again. Started back to Coney Mall, hit alot of the smaller flat rides, Spider, Dodgem, Scramble, whatever ride is right next to the final brakes by The Vortex, the de-virginized myself to the eagles. After 2 runs I started snapping like mad, definatley an awesome ride. Finally got into the big rides, jumped on Vortex about 3 times, was starting to get a little too croweded for my taste, then again, if the line even starts to go up the stairs its getting bad for me. Cut back over to Racer, backwards is FINALLY running (thank you pki!) Hit that about 3 times, couldnt help but laugh at the kids behind me, said that Racer was rough.. Somehow they thought it was rougher than SOB... *shrugs* Back to The Vortex, this was just to check how long the line was for The Beast. Not bad, only problem was on The Vortex, some little *@#$%# thought he would be cute and start spitting. got hit lightly about 3 times throughout the ride. Soon as it stopped I jumped outta the seat ran up to one of the ops and told him, pointed him out, the op couldnt leave the ride. By this time I was steaming with anger. Followed him out, told him not to ride The Vortex again, they were watching for him. He ignored me, but his friend started talking back to me. I'm not violent, and didnt want to let my day get ruined by some 14-15 yr old. So I just walked off. (If anyone was on that ride, it was the kid with the black shirt, tan shorts and tan bandanna) Jumped to The Beast once, and moved on with my day. Hit potato works, got a drink and some deep friend refreshment. Had a handful of quarters, so I decided to go soak some people on WWC. The rest of the day it slowly started emptying out. Hit all the coasters except for Face/Off, and FoF, didnt get DZ either. Killed time til about 10pm, when it was FINALLY dark. Hit SOB, got done and they let us stay in our seats if we wanted since it was empty. Rode that about 4 times, in case no one knows, the smoothest seat is in the middle of the car you're in. I have some small back problems, so the middle of the back car was the best. I ride everything there. was getting to be around 10:30, decided that I needed to hit TR:TR. Even though its a dark ride, riding it at night was amazing!! Best run I've ever had on TR:TR. 11pm, Beast time! Hit the back car, middle seat, had to run through the line again, which was going down every ride. By the 3rd run it was empty. The awesome ride ops let us stay in our seats if no one was there. 6 rides later, in the same seat, the last run came around. Rode one last time and screamed my lungs out. (lost my voice the next day... hehe) Ended up crashing at the rest stop just inside Indiana. By far the best PKI trip I've ever had, and I've had some awesome ones. For closing, of all things, my car broke down again, right off of the 70 exit by my place. Shifter was stuck in 2nd, 30 bux later its fixed, it was worth the trip though. Until next time....
