  1. As a non drinker, I have visited EPCOT less than the rest of the parks since I've been here. I don't only dislike the park, but I hate it with a passion. I leave wanting my money back and I get in for free.
  2. And now there is an extensive widening of I4. For the next 4 years, if I remember correctly.
  3. ^It shows up automatically.
  4. Somewhat off topic: I miss Young Stud.
  5. I'm not sure what the real rule is, but no ride ops or ride managers care about phones and loose articles here at WDW. They openly allow trains to leave the station with cameras and stuff out. Heck, I have ride managers on Facebook that have selfies on Big Thunder Mountain.
  6. I doubt I get to KI this year, but it'd probably be Adventure Express.
  7. Hulk made the news a few days ago while I was there. http://www.baynews9.com/content/news/baynews9/on-the-town/article.html/content/news/articles/cfn/2015/3/24/guests_pulled_off_hu.html
  8. Lockers are not free for the three water rides. They are free for all of the coasters. Like GYK said, this was just a test. Universal has been doing a lot of different security tests recently, including a few days of not letting people bring in any liquid purchased outside of the parks. They had so many water bottles at the security check point it was ridiculous. The good thing is the tests only seem to last a day or two. I don't know the real reason behind them, but as an admitted Universal apologist/fanboy, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
  9. A Houdini ride would be a nice fit I think. The building is probably big enough to house two show rooms and increase capacity.
  10. And sometimes with a crappy job you learn more about yourself, your career paths/desires, and about what works/doesn't work than you would with a great job.
  11. Manby is awesome and I love the way he led Herschend. He's got some major hurdles to overcome with this company, and I wish him all the best. I do wonder why you would leave what he had for this mess of a company.
  12. I don't think that is necessarily the bad part. Universal did that with King Kong, and Disney just announced they were changing the name of Hollywood Studios during an earnings call. Busch's announcement just came about two earning calls too late.
  13. I have a story about how inconvenient the Universal passes are. They are currently holding their annual Mardi Gras event on the weekends. If you own an annual pass you can reserve a spot on one of the parade floats and throw beads at guests and then have preferred access to whatever concert is going on that night. Well, to reserve your spot, you have to enter the ID number on the back of your annual pass. Of course when my girlfriend and I tried to reserve our spot, we found out the number had rubbed off of the crappy paper pass. Of course we could call Universal and get our ID numbers, but on our Magic Kingdom schedule we don't have time during normal call center hours to call them. So we didn't end up going to Mardi.
  14. Yeah, I hate my Universal pass. It's very flimsy and wears out often. I'd rather have the plastic Platinum Passes any day.
  15. Looking at those pictures, I don't think I've ever walked through that area (other than Haunt).
  16. Mine Train is by far the smoothest coaster I have ever been on. I don't know if Disney or Vekoma is more responsible for that, but I wouldn't be mad if a smooth family coaster like that came to Cedar Point eventually.
  17. I have been to 4 Cedar Fair parks, and my answer is Cedar Point. Not onlyare most of my memories from CP, but I truly do love a lot of their coasters. There are things I don't like about it, but having been to a decent amount of other parks across the country I'm always missing Cedar Point. I can't wait to be there all of this summer.
