  1. (emphasis added) So, that says she went to West Chester Medical Center on May 31, the day she was at Kings Island. (emphasis added) Right there she says her husband was out of town. So, was he in town and he took her to get medical treatment, or was he out of town and she went by herself to get treatment? If he did take her to the medical center, what, did he decide to leave his wife who had a (possibly very) severe injury at home by herself for two weeks and then think it would be a good idea to report it? Either the news article is messing up the facts, or that lady is getting her facts mixed up. Or I'm looking into this way too deeply. You are not looking into it too deeply.. I noticed it too, and on the first time that I read it. From that article it just does not add up. But like you said, the news does not always get things right.
  2. I could be mistaken, so forgive me if I am, but I read that the state will not let Kings Island build within xx amount of feet to the river because of the nature trail that runs along it.
  3. Because on the webcam, 11:56PM in Mason, people are still riding DB and there are quite a few people in the park (from what you can see from the cam) Anybody know whats going on? Sorry if already another thread on this..
  4. I never really was a fan of wearing these shirts until I tried it one day.. I dont wear them often or very much in public for that matter, but on a hot day at KI it really makes that tiny breeze feel that much better. But sorry it offends you man..
  5. With regards to the dirty splashdown, there is probably a filtration pump somewhere.. My thoughts are that maybe it is broken at the moment, because you know they would want to keep their newest attraction looking its best.. We can only hope..
  6. Have you been injured by the ride? No? Then you have NO room to talk. Rode once last year. One year later, my back and neck STILL hurt, even though I've been to the chiropractor multiple times. Similar incidents have been reported by other riders. I have, and I still love the ride. I'm one of those skinny people that get their ribcages rocked to death but I know what I am getting myself into. It was not designed to be a walk in the park, but maybe thats just part of the fun for me.
  7. Here is video from channel 5 cant wait for april http://www.wlwt.com/video/18812938/
