  1. Well Don Helbig helped me out tremendously. I got in around 9:30am. And now I'm just waking up from my cat nap, and ready for Round 2 at KI with ERT for Diamondback.
  2. Well I didn't receive my ACE card in the mail. I called at there office in Zainesville and asked them to send an email with my Identification # and name and I didn't get it. So my question is, if my card comes in the mail on Saturday, would I be able to attend at least Sundays events?
  3. Brian sent me an email and said for me to go ahead and register, but it also says that I would need my ID card to show validation that I am indeed a member for ACE. Hopefully they'll be able to get it here before RWW starts.
  4. Just got back from KI and I'm not sure as to what happened with Diamondback, but it was pretty neat to watch them get all of the people off and watch them walk down the spiral stairs at the mid course. Hopefully everything is alright with everyone and Diamondback.
  5. Thank You. Hopefully I'll be able to go then.
  6. What happens if where still waiting for our card in the mail?
  7. If I'm part of ACE, and I have both my girlfriend and I on our membership card does that get us in both for free as long as we have Platinum Passes?
  8. Talk about Deja vu. I'm struggling with the same thing you are kittenpooh. I started feeling icky around 5pm that day and went home. I went to the ER on Sun, and I have missed a whole week of work, But what's really killin me is that I can't go to Kings Island at all. Hope you feel better.
  9. If and when KI decides to retire the poster for a new one, would you think they would give that to you if you asked for it, or mabye as a gift to you for your work on this site as well as the help you have givin to KI over the years?
  10. After My cousin, girlfriend and I got off of WWC, we also noticed all the trimmings in between WWC platform and the train. We also noticed new fence posts for both the entrance and exit for WWC and also quite a few nails that were laying all over the ground and concrete. Hopefully we got all of them, and also let security know about what we saw.
  11. I'll be there all 3 days as long as work goes fine and dandy this week. I'll be late on Fri, but the weekend I'll be there early for both days!
  12. I'm just more concerned about people who only have 3 posts trying to drum up some fear info to get attention. Oh don't start this! Cause I actaly think you only posted that to get attention! We the people of KICentral are here to discuss every thing related to Kings Island, hell we will talk about anything here! So don't go starting stuff on here about people trying to get attention, we are all here for the same reason, Kings Island. It just seems to me that too many people here at KICentral judge a book by it's cover too much. If you think I'm trying to get attention, well then I'm not. I'm very well known in the other forum (TPOL) that I've been a part of since 05, and I have no intention to start anything. I've been going to Kings Island since the day I was born, and I think I know just about as much of KI as most of everyone else on the site does as well. Now, about the workers out there by the helix. Most of them were standing around, but a few were really looking hard at either the footer, or bolts. I'm not saying that something is wrong with the ride, but I thought it would be something to talk about since now I have at least someone that seen them as well as I did.
  13. No, it's not the wrong conclusion ya'll. I seen them with my own eyes. There were at least 10 of them, and one of them was the guy that spoke at the podium while we were on the ride for the first train to take off. My second ride was around 1 or 2pm, and that's when I saw them out there.
  14. I don't know if anyone noticed about all the big heads and maintenence workers standing around the footers that is holding Diamondback's first helix, and near the brake block. Seemed like they were concerned about the bolts that were attached near the footer that is directly in the middle of the helix, and the footer for the end of the block brake.
  15. To be more specific about Single Rider Bob, he got 1201 rides on Millennium in 2008. Got that straight from the man himself while standing in line for Backlot Stunt Coaster.
