  1. I've said it before in this thread, but the new pad by Racer I can almost best that it'll be for storage of Grand Carnivale floats...they've got to be stored somewhere.

Another thing I found interesting... Looks like there will be a water fountain in the station on the exit side, in front of the operator booth.

Copperhead Strike also has a fountain for operators in the station like this. I feel like they may have installed one at Fury in the past year or so as well (but don't remember for sure).

They've been dropping teasers at CP too. I seen a flyer on Facebook with strange wording. Like a telegraph just saying how Firehawk won't return to Xbase. No new info.

That being said, someone else was leaving CP and Polaris was put on a bridge. It was in the decoding thread somewhere.

I had teasers in quotes, you never know what's real and what's not.
I wanted to post this though. If they named the coaster Orion... Diamondback could be considered the "Serpent" and we'd have possibly one more cool themed coaster on the other side of the park? f6d674defe3b7e7e98387f5579a991a6.jpg

Theres also just no need for an underground tunnel. They aren't going under water or a path here. Theres also the "why". If achieving height is the goal, they could have just made the lift taller.

Why isn't there a need for an underground tunnel? Beast doesn't go under water or really over any paths but it has tunnels. There's also the why not? Maybe instead of a higher lift, they could want a bigger drop?

I mean there isn't much that is 100% verified about this coaster yet aside from the plans submitted and verified..

I think the problem may have been that you were sitting under the speakers instead of in front of them - which is something that can be solved with the right equipment. I watched it from the 2nd last row, stage right, and remember thinking that the show sounded surprisingly good.

Very possible...I didn't pay attention to the speaker location when sitting down.

  6. I skimmed through all I missed...but as for the construction going on next to Racer...has anyone considered it could be storage for Grand Carnivale materials including the parade floats?

  7. Saw the show yesterday...I would have loved for the audio to be just a little bit louder...I struggled to hear what was "said" and "sung," in the front row. Cute show, not something I'd see each visit though.

    Yep this time.

So all of those other times you were some how wrong, but this time you are 100% right? Gotcha...seeing as they haven't announced a name...I'd guarantee you aren't 100% right. If you are going based off of what they've trademarked....Fury 325 should be named Centurion.

Are you as certain as you are that AD means “fighting”?

I don't think @Cedar Fair Fanboy knows that Anno Domini is AD which then translates to "in the year of our Lord." :D

Is anyone up for going to City Hall to view what ever plans they have? I’m sure there has been more drawings submitted in the last few weeks.

    Already happened.

However, if it has been filed, per the ORC  (from how I understand it)t is public record and must be made available to anyone requesting to see it.
