Oh, for anyone wanting to know "some other B&M Hypers" for Question 3...I haven't ridden any of these but...
Behemoth at Canada's Wonderland
Goliath at Six Flags Over Georgia
Titan at Six Flags Great Adventure
Note, Magnum XL 200 is NOT a B&M Hyper. It is a Hyper, but not a B&M.
Mine were phenomenal, no pain, and the only B&M Hyper I've been on.
By the way, I believe you either meant Titan at SFOT (Which was manufactured by Giovanola) or Nitro at SFGAdv. Just an observation.
Yeah, I did...I also didn't realize they weren't B&Ms, though they resemble them in appearance...which is how I was tricked.

i rember reading somewhere that there are some who would like to see this ride turn into the worlds biggest bonfires.
rotag, grabs the marshmellows, breaks a linb off a tree, & sprints towards the door.
Just tell them to try and keep the fire under control. We don't want a SOB bonfire destroying both Racer and Beast too...though I want to ride SOB before it gets destroyed, simply to see If I love/hate it first...

BTW, the chants and cheers they do before the ride really get you pumped up. "Are you ready to ride the longest wooden roller coaster in the world?" and "Are you ready to ride the best ride in the park?", and finally "Enjoy your ride...on The Beast!!!". Classic. Aside from them, only the Diamondback and Racer crews even attempted to pump up the crowd like this the day I went.

Same as the last two (go rate Beast and SOB if you have yet to do so). This time it's Diamondback. My ratings: Phenomenal, No Pain, Only B&M Hyper.

I have decided to create these polls of this kind in trios and am about to create one for Diamondback, as it would be the logical choice as it is brand new and already pretty famous. This poll and the SOB poll are not closed. Please rate and comment on these rides, let people know what you think of them!

Well seeing how fast the SOB poll started getting votes and comments I will go ahead and create one for his dad. This one I have ridden, and will give my ratings:
FUN: Phenomenal. I loved The Beast.
PAIN-O-METER: No Pain for me...
HAUNTED?: Not Sure. I went for a night ride at 9:45 PM or so and saw nothing...it may have been too early though.

I found out how, but this doesn't seem to be a good multiple choice topic...unless SOB is a inconsistent coaster (smoothish one day, crazy rough the next)...uh-oh, that could be a problem.

Son of Beast is, without any doubt, one of the most famous and controversial roller coasters in Kings Island and one I wish to know a little more about, so I created this poll. If this becomes popular enough I may do more of these for the parks other coasters...
PS: I cannot yet vote as I have never ridden SOB myself.

...or it is just that bad on capacity.

What should be another interesting poll, which Kings Island coaster has your favorite inversion? For newbies who do not know, an inversion is anything that goes upside down, aka a loop or corkscrew. This IS NOT A BEST COASTER WITH AN INVERSION POLL. This is strictly among which coaster had the best one/s...ala, if you think SOB sucked but still had the best inversion, vote for it. Just an example.
I have never rode Invertigo, King Cobra, Demon, Firehawk, or SOB w/loop so I had to choose between Vortex and Flight of Fear. I voted FOF because I loved the final corkscrew in that ride, and how the ride seemed to be over and then WHAM!

I would arm Giga with her Anti-Line Jumper Paintball Grenade Launcher regardless of the cost. And by doing that, rid KI of one of it's bigger problems
I was just a LITTLE irritated about the LJs at that point. That conversation was hilarious.No Paintball Nukes!?!? LOL

Wait a minute, I rode The Beast for the first time this year and loved the ride...and yet it was a neutered, tamed version?
It seemed plenty fast to me...although I found it a bit weird, Red Racer and Flight Deck both seemed to OWN The Beast when it came to speed.

Adventure Express is perhaps the most turbulent coaster at Kings Island.
And that's a very good thing.
Turbulent is different from rough.
Kings Island isn't 100% accurate on how intense and thrilling their rides are...I added AE to the Thrill Coasters list.

I would have rode it but for me KI trips are somewhat rare, and last time I went, it was broken down.
As for "burning SOB down"...I was just kidding, if there are people who enjoy the ride, and there seem to be a few who do, keep it for them. Shorter lines for The Beast, DB, etc...
What's bizzare is Son of Beast gets the most mixed reaction of any coaster I have ever seen. It's on "Best Coasters Ever" lists, "Worst Coasters Ever" lists, and everything in between!
