  1. Well, getting a T-shirt doesn't necessarily mean people will think you rode it - you could just be wearing it because you think it's a cool shirt! And you can find shirts all over the place - every store on International Street (Main Entrance)
  2. Well, some people really want to know other people's opinions to make them feel confident in themselves to ride it - like me. I need MORE confidence!!!
  3. Not many - it's only 48".....but I swear, I heard that. And also, at The Beast dispatch, the crew "interviewed" some kid and they asked him how old he was and he answered 6. And I believe that.
  4. A 5 year also said that Fairly Odd Coaster was stupid and he rode The Beast and was like, "AWESOME!!!!" Some kids are crazy.
  5. I have another one! "Wow, Runaway Reptar is pretty exciting!" -a guy at least 30 years old
  6. Well, it's not valuable, but I lost my hat on Firehawk. It flew off and was like right in front of the train forever, and I tried to catch it, but I lost it. Then later during the ride, it flew right into my face and I got it back!
  7. because I'm that way. i freak about everything. i hate planes, i hate boats, (i don't hate roller coasters), i hate germs, i hate windows, i hate buildings, i hate elevators, i hate thunderstorms, i hate the letter p. DON'T MAKE FUN OF ME no, seriously, i just think of the impossible as to me falling out of Diamondback.
  8. That's my problem too. I'm short and skinny. And there's too much airtime, although it is fun. I've only ridden it once, and it was pure fun, but it scared me to death about the restraints.
  9. I'm scared of it because I'm incredibly skinny. I've only ridden Diamondback once (I know, that's weird), and that one time I could've sworn I would've fallen out of my seat.
  10. Once again, I went to KI this weekend, and the Blue racer was closed! That was at about 2:00pm. I haven't been able to read all your guy's posts so I have no clue what you're talkin' about.
  11. "Wow, I didn't know the Eiffel Tower was in Cincinnati!" -some 7 year old
  12. I just don't understand the height system - how do they figure it out? I think it would make more since if coasters with a shoulder restraint would be 54", because of if you fit in it or not. But then lap bar restraints - why 54"? Like Diamondback? It doesn't make sense to me.
  13. No, I don't a lap bar would be safe - on the corkscrews, they go too slow - it would give you too much airtime, and for me (very skinny), that would freak me out.
  14. No rides make me dizzy. The only thing that makes me dizzy is riding Vortex 10 times in a row- which I've done before.
  15. How tall of a ferris wheel do you think? It would be great if it dominated the Kings Island skyline.
  16. I don't care about any roller coaster there. Maybe a ride like Chaos at Cedar Point
  17. On several websites I saw that people's favorites coasters of 09 were Diamondback, Manta, and I don't know the other one, but I'm pretty sure Diamondback is very close to getting the best coaster of 09.
  18. Honestly, I've never ridden a ride with a complete 90 degree drop. But I think Diamondback is probably the best drop at Kings Island - the worst drop is probably Adventure Express - of course it's not really a drop - but I would prefer a longer 60 degree drop than a straight down drop.
  19. Pretty sure it already is ... http://www.bing.com/maps/default.aspx?v=2&...1&encType=1 Yep, there's the proof. Was that a joke? Because if it was, It was funny but stupid.
  20. I didn't think there was a point in making a poll if there are only two answers.... What is better in your opinion: A shorter, faster drop that is vertical or a longer, slower drop, that is only at least 60 degrees Example: Sheikra has a vertical drop at about 200ft. Son of Beast has a long drop that takes forever to get to the bottom, and is about 200ft also. Does that help out and describe my question out a bit?
  21. Drop Zone: Doom Drop Top Gun: Flight Deck is OK Italian Job: Hollywood Chase Face/Off: I don't understand why they couldn't keep Face/Off and not base it off the movie.... Tomb Raider: The Temple Days of Thunder: Go Karts!!!! Paramount Theater: Kings Theater FX Theater: Didn't change I don't think. Bubba Gump: Don't mind Outer Banks.
  22. Congo Falls is a great place to cool off on a hot day at Kings Island. A lot of people ride it. I would not get rid of it. I'd get rid of "the wooden piece of crap" that stands in the front of the park, and like a lot of you said, a B&M invert. The only reason that would not be a good idea is because Invertigo is right next to SOB - it would look kind of weird having two inverted coasters. But still, that's a good idea.
  23. I gotta admit that video was pretty funny, but really just weird.
  24. SORRY IF I DIDN'T MAKE A POLL. I'm actually making a new question soon - BUT IT WILL BE BETTER.
