  1. No, I actually know this person. It was a long time ago, before I was born (birthday 1988)
  2. I know someone from a long time ago (the eighties) who broke her wrist from keeping her hands up on the double helix. But she's like, 6'3 or something. But yeah, that's my comment.
  3. I was only saying that there are many more terrible things in this world than inhaling a little bit of smoke when you don't want to. Honestly, sometimes Americans can get on my nerves. Oh, and you spelled asinine wrong homey.
  4. It's an overblown topic. Yeah, it can be annoying. Yeah, you should respect the rules of the park. But second hand smoke is such a trumped up fad in America, like inhaling it will immediately knock off a day of your life or something. Look, if you really hate it, ask them to put it out, otherwise stop bit**ing about it, and if your kid is allergic, then certainly say something. But honestly people, you gotta compare it to something; I'm sure the Jews didn't take to kindly to being shot by Hitler's rule, but if they were standing in a line ready to be shot, and someone next to them took out a cig and lit up, I highly doubt they would ask them to put it out. Just be thankfull you live in a place where people had aspirations high enough to acheive things like PKI. Would you rather have no PKI at all? Smoking is not the biggest thing in the world.
  5. Who cares if it's on topic if the topic is something about whose voice is the one on the public broadcasts in the park. That's just a tad stalker-ish, in my own opinion. I come here to keep up to date with stuff happening in the park, not to stalk Jeff Seibert or whoever that guy is (Man, I feel sorry for him. You guys must really creep him out).
  6. Wow... you guys really have nothing to talk about...
  7. Ha! I haven't posted since the summer... umm... Tomb Raider: Apollo's Lair Tomb Raider: Chamber of Light Tomb Raider: Atlantis Tomb Raider: Pit Of The Gods And I'm spent...
  8. I think it looks totally sweet. I only hope it's not too short.
  9. Considering that the lines were bad when people had to pay, I think we'll see them at least double to a near unbearable amount. Maybe I'm wrong, but all logistics seem to point to that. I think I will go in the afternoon and then just stay an hour or two after dark. At least I could ride a few rides.
  10. I don't know if that would be that cool. Unless they themed it and put it inside and stuff, it would never be able to replace a rollercoaster. Also, I think it would be pretty lame after a while, just going around in circles, no scenery, no night rides. I don't know, but I read about it in New York Times and it seemed like the swiss were just bragging about how ingenius they were to invent something so original. I didn't buy it.
  11. lol, I've had dreams about White Water Canyon. Me and some of my friends would ride it and it would roll over, and some of my friends would die. And then it was night time and when me and the rest of my friends got onto shore we were hunted down by a mutated wolf untill none of us were left, which is of course when I would wake up. The wolf was mutated by that lake next to the pond. I know it's messed up, but I seriously had that dream all the time. Freaked the heck out of me.
  12. Yeah, I never get sick like that at all. I can read in the front seat, spin on the merry-go-round ten times more than anyone else, and can actually STAND being on boat tours of citys. Being this way ROCKS! Also, I know it better as Sea Sickness.
  13. Mars, I have a feeling you might be reading a little bit too into all of that. Aslo, Sponge Bob and Scooby ARE family rides, and all of the advertising has gone to them. No billboard advertises Delirium. I say we get a thrill in 2004, and I have an itch something will happen with TR.
  14. Sadly enought, I'd have to agree with cansam on this one. Even if some of them seem bored or a little upset, I can always strike up a good conversation with one of the happier ones every time I go. I'm not sure what it is, but they seem much more willing to talk.
  15. It's bad for the people who enjoy seeing truly original and thought provoking movies. When movie execs think they can get away with putting out stupid trash like Spy Kids 3D, it's the end of truly good and original family films, such as Spirited Away or Lilo & Stitch. It's not just in the figures.
