  1. that is by far a correct statement went to Diamondback after i got off! also i just got back from Cedar Point where I rode everything but wicked twister and Mantis.
  2. I wouldn't say its large user friendly... While i know myself to be bigger. I can ride every other ride in the park and the sensor on the seat said i was good but the sensor in the control room wouldn't allow me to ride it. I was on the third ride and had to take the WOS
  3. that is correct!

  4. Thats what i figured too... now that i know ill be sure to post more comments when i run into helpful staff
  5. After watching a train operator get hammered on Sunday about how "Stupid" it is that the train wont stop in boomerang bay until 11:00 AM I stopped to talk to him just to keep other from hammering the poor kid... He helped me with my son's stroller and had a plesent conversation about the park in general and I felt that he deserved some credit for handling things as well as he did. So once I got to the water park and got the kids in the pool i went back to my chair and subbmitted a contact form on the website explaining that "Matt" was helpfull and I appricated talking to him I got an email back from don as follows... Chas, Thank you for your feedback. Your comments have been shared with the associate’s supervisor and our rides department managers. Guest feedback is important. We appreciate your feedback concerning Matt. Sincerely, DON Helbig Public Relations Area Manager | Kings Island 6300 Kings Island Drive | Kings Island, Ohio 45034 (513) 754-5797 | FAX: (513) 754-5725 Now the fact that he actually used Matt's name tells me at least someone read it. just thought i would share this...
  6. It also doesn't hold true to Flight of Fear. Loops and inversions but (thank god they are gone) no over the Shoulder restraints either...
  7. I'm headed up in a couple of weeks and pulling my camper up to stay in the campground! June 5th through the 9th! I expect it to be pretty nice... camped up there 2 years ago and nothing like waking up fixing some good breakfast and walking over to the park! then sneak out to grab a cheap hot lunch and dinner and still be on site! Can't wait to get there!

  21. Now that i think about it i have had to take the "Walk of Shame" on Cedar creek mine... but my belly wasnt the problem seemed to me my legs were getting crushed once they locked it because i was riding with my niece who is 12 and about 1" thick! so to get the bar down on her they had to crush me... I could have ridden it but i just opted out of the pain.
  22. While i have never had to take the "Walk of Shame" I have come close with 2 employees pushing down on lap bars for me. While on vacation last year in Williamsburg i found it nice that on alpengeist and i think Griffen there were "Special" restraints near the middle of the trains for guests of larger sizes. while i did fit in the regular seats with some help I was able to fit in the "special" seats under my own locking power. It was kinda nice really! I hope the same is tru when i visit Busch Gardens Tampa in about a month! Luckily I have dropped about 30 lbs since last year so I shouldn't have any problems this year. would be nice if more parks would get the "Special" restraints/Seats
