In my opinion they need to find a way to cool that concrete down. Last time I went both me and my kid got burnt feet after walking 100 feet from the locker. We then bought water shoes but you can’t wear them on most of the water rides.

Just because a ride is old doesn't mean the park should get rid of it.
Totally true, that statement could be applied to another coaster (The Beast). But the ride is still getting ridership so yea it’s not going anywhere.
I would love to see Adventure Express get some love. I think adding to the finale is a good idea and would get rid of that WTF moment.

I could see the area around Flight of Fear getting a face lift with pavers, maybe some thematic elements. When I was on WindSeeker looking at construction area there was a concrete path. I’m assuming that was Dinosaurs Alive but the other work I saw was pretty confined to one area.

I feel like they are more likely to refurbish the monster (with a new lighting package) than to remove/replace it. It may only get a partial year.

So I might as well make a stab at it. I think what whatever it is is mine themed. My 2 best guesses is a Adventure Express update/ refurb or finally doing something with the Crypt building. Just my guess.

When I was in Rides, it was up to our discretion. Some are easier to open than others.
I was about to say the same thing. Usually it’s up to the ride ops to manage the queue. Now I worked White Water Canyon in 2003 and that obviously does not have switchbacks

My Nitpick is that you can’t take a GoPro with a wriststrap on rides. Makes vlogs kinda boring. And I could understand a safety issue holding a phone but I don’t see how that would cause an issue.

Does anyone know what the Camera Policy is at Kings Island. I know that they do not allow cameras on any of the rides except Kings Island & Miami Valley Railroad and the Eiffel Tower. I also know bathrooms and changing rooms are off limits. Do they allow Tripods, Monopods

If I met you I probably know you then because I floated at both rides. I was alittle different when I worked there. I am curious if my signature is still in the closet there. I was also a Water Centurion for the ride.
