  1. Yes, but the functionality and underlying system is the same. One just locks down the infrastructure, while the other allows a more modifiable experience. You access the internet the same way, you listen to music the same way, both are windowed based operating systems. HTML code is HTML code on a windows machine and on an apple machine.
  2. Woe to people who think because something is a Mac, it functions completely different than all other computers made.
  3. How things were run last year aren't necessarily now they will be ran this year. Or maybe they will.
  4. That doesn't seem all that limited to me.
  5. The new food options are being used across multiple(if not all) parks. Kings Island had a ton of land to have Dinosaurs Alive! so it probably seemed like the natural place to try it out. WindSeeker went into 3 parks last year, not just Kings Island. As far as Fast Lane, I don't have a reasonable reason on why Kings Island was used, but to use those examples and say Kings Island is the testing ground is a little bit of a stretch.
  6. I just read up on Six Flags' Flash Pass system, and it doesn't seem to offer near the access to rides as Fast Lane does. Did you read about the Platinum Flash Pass option?
  7. I can't wait for the Panda Express to open on Tylersville!
  8. ^Which means shorter lines for me!
  9. And then after that, Platinum Fast Lane, with a ride twice, wait once option!!
  10. Another elementary school principle was, if you can't bring enough for everyone, don't bring any at all. So, does that mean, if you can't afford to buy everyone who wants to go to Kings Island a ticket, you shouldn't go at all?
  11. got a little extra in your URL code there Gordon.
  12. I did not have to walk through metal detectors last year in my visit to BGW. I remember there was a guy there with a wand, and they were checking bags, but I did not go through metal detectors.
  13. "Drop Tower, now 200 feet tall! (height subject to change due to sinking)"
  14. But then there will be that person, because they are poorer, know they will only be able to go to the park once in the next 10 years. They save up for it, and decide, since they only get to go once in the next 10 years, they are going to save a little more and get the Fast Lane pass, to make the most out of their "once in a lifetime" visit. Is this person greedy because they know they will not be able to go to Kings Island for a very long time, so they want to be able to get in all the rides in one day? Also, in the good old days, the park didn't have Diamondback or Vortex, or Adventure Express. These were added to make money. Should we do away with these also?
  15. Hasn't ever really seemed to be a problem at Cedar Point, or Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
  16. ^ Well it has already been announced that the ride is going to be used for a Halloween Haunt attraction this fall (subject to change of course) so my guess is that nothing will be done with it, except maybe the removal of the "The Crypt" sign out front.
  17. And I was blown away at how nice everyone(not just employees, but guests also) was at Dollywood. It makes the day that much more enjoyable.
  18. I once heard a rumor that Son of Beast is collapsing. It was pretty funny.
  19. Thanks Bret. I spent a good 20 minutes looking for that page, because I knew I had seen it before, but could not find it, so I kept my mouth shut, haha.
  20. From the three Bass Pro Shops I have been to, two have been worthy to call attractions, one would was just a store. That happens to be the one in Cincinnati.
  21. Because up north, Dragster rings a bell of speed and racing.
  22. Do the heavy travelers think this will have a major impact on traffic at 2 AM on a Sunday Morning in may?
  23. Moral of the story, if you don't want to see your face on KI advertisement/promotion material, don't go to Kings Island.
